Same story here with Nippon Yassan. They haven't responded to my ticket and I read many of the hundreds of terrible reviews saying they havent shipped items since the pandemic and just took the money upfront.

They have shipped items. I got my Pen Zs from them. They are just terrible with communication and haven't given updates.

Update: Also just sent my dispute to PayPal for a refund.

I did it too and got my refund 10 days after opening the dispute. No answer from Nippon Yasan...

From what we can tell most likely no. They had said it was under consideration. But then it was announced that the vital Bracelet was not going to get a US retail release. Also they opened up the Japanese app to US Bandai Namco ID login. Basically they made it possible for US users to login to the Japanese app. It looks like the official answer will be for US users to use the Japanese app.

You can't use the app on english devices like an iPhone yet can you? Will you ever be able to even if it's only in japanese?

Yes you can I have it on my iPhone right now. You just have to make a second iTunes account that’s set to Japan to download it.

Was Just wondering the same thing about the boosts, what do they all mean? I'm trying to figure out the keep treatment one with the sleeping zzzs and Idk what the even means, extended bed time? Catch up on sleep?

The sleeping Zs is more likely rest times for injuries or similar, or it could be to put a mild pause on vitals, both are possible. May have to test it myself. It's tougher to test the M+ though with it's high coin cost.

I was raising a Divemon to become a Shroudmon, but I got Shivamon even though I fulfilled all the requirements for Shroudmon.
I've previously cleared Area 15 with a Kazuchimon I had raised (he was the first Digimon I raised on the device), and I have him backed up on the App.
Looking at the FAQ's on Humulos' website, I should have gotten Shroudmon as I've sent every Digimon I've raised to the App.
Have I misread, or misunderstood something?

You sure you met all the requirements? Like the 7000 vital points? It's a pretty thin margin because the max for divemon is 7500

This seems odd, as according to everything I have seen if you beat battle 15 any Digimon from that dim should be able to go to the locked Digimon, as long as the win is recorded in the app. This is concerning as I was planing to try to unlock fighter mode next, using the magnamon I just got. I wonder if this was a fluke or if the info is wrong.

I did! I specifically made sure he went to sleep last night with 7,500 VP and checked when he woke up - it didn't dip below 7,000, and I made sure I fulfilled the Trophy, battle and win ratio, too!!
