Turn off Sound Digivice D3

Hey guys I just got a Digivice D3 but I have a question is there a way to turn the sound off or mute it? I can't seem to find it and I didn't get a manual with it thank you if anyone can answer this.

On the Ver.15th you hit A+B at the same time, give that a shot. If it doesn't work, keep simultaneously hitting two different buttons until something happens.

Thank you for the reply I asked the person I got it from it was the direction button and a at the same time took me a while but got it
