New card previews from the Digimon Card Game!

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with more card previews from Booster Set 3 Union Impact. This time it's Tsukaimon and Saberdramon!

Both feature two recolors of popular Digimon. Tsukaimon looks like he's just pulled a prank on someone, while Saberdramon looks almost like a buzzard waiting for the right moment, while sitting on a familiar looking tail...



Digimon Card Game Booster Set 3 Union Impact is scheduled to release on October 30th.

Won't go over them in detail, since it's the same cards that came out awhile ago in Japan, we get new previews of the cards for Monodramon (BT1) and Darkness Claw (BT2) for US card booster 1.

US Boosters 1.0 and 1.5 will contain all the cards from Japanese boosters 1, 2, and 3, featuring their original numbering.

An update for the Tamers Evolution Box, a collection of accessories for the Digimon Card Game (which also includes parallel cards.

The updates are:
A look at the art for the playmat being included. The new art is the lineup of the 8 final evolutions from the end of Digimon Adventure.
Updated designs for the digiegg and deck sleeves being included with the set.
A look at the storage box. It uses the same art as the platmat, but in lineart form, and it appears to be holofoil. The side of the box contains the crests.

And last up...

After an introduction awhile ago, the Digimon Classroom spinoff/side series 'Road to Digimon Card Master' properly begins.

This episode features a basic introduction to the card game. The Digimon Teacher calls in someone to help teach Gachos and Kyotin about the card game, 'Coach' Hideyoshi, from Fun Digica.

At least this Tsukaimon is purple. The previous yellow one annoyed me. Also kinda annoyed they're doing a recolour they already did but at being in the colour that fits most makes it better for me.

Glad to see Purple got an equivalent to the Gomamon from New Evolution via Tsukaimon, as the self-destruction color, was wondering when they'd get a Digimon with a Memory Gain effect on Deletion. Now if only we can get a Purple equivalent to Leomon (MadLeomon?) so we can do a 1-2 punch like Blue can with Gomamon/Leomon, would work wonderfully alongside stuff like Gabumon/Wizarmon for draw power.

Oh, I see now. Its’s the tail on the giant skeleton in the Speedy Time Zone of the Ancient Dino Region in Digimon World.

Seems really odd to be getting a second Tsukaimon of all things so soon, but anything that further legitimizes recolors is a win in my book.
