Taomon & Option Card Strengthening Plug-In O Previews for Booster Set 10

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with a card preview from Booster Set 10 Xros Encounter. This time it's Taomon & Strengthening Plug-In O.

Taomon gets some really nice art, continuing the theme for the Renamon related cards in the set, plus we get Strengthening Plug-In O for an option card, and it looks like... a plug-in card.

Count me as surprised. I never realized they had them at all, much less the chain with the weight that the art shows. Makes sense as a weapon for them, tho. This sort of long sleeved character in Japanese fiction tends to have concealed blade weapons. In fact it's profile mentions them, I just never registered all the other times I read it...

That was just an example.

It's one of those details like Digitamamon or Ex-Tyranomon's true forms, not everyone cares enough to know but the information's readily available and unintended exposure to it isn't uncommon due to its multimedia appearances.

Not saying everyone automatically has to know this stuff, it's just that it's not unreasonable to be surprised to see consecutive reactions like that.
