After the D-Ark teaser a week ago we were waiting to see what would pop up as we near the end of the 20th Anniversary of Digimon Tamers, and it's a fun one...
The Complete Selection Animation prop Digivices have been one of the great successes at Premium Bandai since they started doing them with tri., but the formula has gotten a bit stale, so it looks like it's time for an upgrade to Super Complete Selection Animation...

So first up, all 3 leads get a new SCSA D-Ark. These are brand new molds meant to look as accurate to the show as possible, and each includes 10 cards.

The cards are tailored to each D-Ark, and the upgrades to the CSA include how they work as a prop...

The new molds are scaled up over the 15th Anniversary D-Ark molds. The new molds hide the battery cover and screw holes.

Each SCSA D-Ark includes voices of the Tamers and Digimon from the set (evolutions included), along with Culumon.
Like prior CSA Digivices, this includes songs from Tamers, including Biggest Dreamer, along with character conversations.
There are volume controls to adjust the volume.
Now, one of the big upgrades...

The screens are full color and high resolution, to show off animations and other details. Prior CSA Digivices had no screens, and instead used a light setup with some hidden mirrors to show off evolution details.
A sample video showing off the screen..
The screen has a nice look to it, and is either a round screen, or set in so it appears round, matching the round display that sometimes appeared in the show over the D-Arks. Various animations from the show have been reproduced, and the screen has a pretty nice look to it, suggesting quite likely the best screen we've seen on a Digimon LCD toy.
The screen also had brightness adjustment.
And then for prop playability...

The D-Ark has an NFC reader in it, with NFC embedded into the cards, so that when you card slash it activates functions on the D-Ark. This includes 'regenerating' evolutions using cards and more.

Pre-orders go up at Premium Bandai roughly 2.5 hours after this post for 14,300 yen each. Pre-orders close March 9th and they ship in September.
Digimon Tamers Super Complete Selection Animation D-Ark Takato Version
Digimon Tamers Super Complete Selection Animation D-Ark Ruki Version
Digimon Tamers Super Complete Selection Animation D-Ark Jenrya Version
And adding this since occasionally someone has bought a CSA without actually knowing what it is. This is not a V-Pet or an adventuring game Digivice. This is a very fancy prop/replica style item with audio/visual elements.
A rather nice bit of fun as the anniversary comes to a close to see a wild upgrade to a pre-existing line. Not cheap though...
A few extra bits...
Premium Bandai Japan is currently harder to access, so a bit extra for those who want to pre-order and not wait to see if there is an international release.
Some intermediaries will want not only the urls of the items above, but may ask for the product name in Japanese as written on the page. The order below is Takato, Ruki, Jenrya:
デジモンテイマーズ Super Complete Selection Animation ディーアーク ver.松田啓人
デジモンテイマーズ Super Complete Selection Animation ディーアーク ver.牧野留姫
デジモンテイマーズ SuperCompleteSelectionAnimationディーアークver.李健良
In addition, Nippon-Yasan should be considered defunt at this point. If you have outstanding orders you have paid for, go file a dispute with your method of payment for nondelivery of merchandise.
If you want to be sure to nab something...
We've currently pared down the list of intermediaries we list due to some places closing and others becoming iffy in their communication, calling into question their reliability. If you have any stories, positive or negative, about any intermediaries, DM me with them so we can figure out who might be worth adding (or re-adding), since these aren't affiliate links or anything, simply suggested ways to make it easier for fans to nab stuff.
You'll want to contact an intermediary to get these items sent to you. WtW is not affiliated with any, but here are a selection of intermediaries that have worked well for various WtWers and their friends in the past:
From Japan
Rider Proxy
You'll want to provide your chosen intermediary with the link to the item. Just copy paste the link to the product pages for what you want and send them a message about it and they'll take care of it after they discuss pricing and their policies with you. The links embedded in the news article for the products are exactly what you'll need to send them.
Some of the intermediaries have a full storefront and may have the item listed, so you may want to check that first.
