SymbareAngoramon & Ruli Preview for Booster Set 10

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with a card preview from Booster Set 10 Xros Encounter. This time it's SymbareAngoramon & Ruli.

SymbareAngoramon appears to be doing Jive, one of his signature attacks, while Ruli gets new artwork in the style of the anime.

Nice to get a stack of Ruli/Angoramon related cards all in a row.

I seriously thought this 10th booster will be full of Xros only... I'm surprised SymbareAngoramon card got drawn by my favorite artist. But that art style seemed somewhat different from his usual arts...?

I enjoy the mix of aggressive and elegant that Symbare Angoramon exudes.

That Symbare inherited is actually interesting because I guess it basically makes the enemy have to pay 1 memory to attack so if you have that on the field the enemy will have to be really careful with their attacks. It also looks pretty badass in the art. Ruri doesn't look much different to the previous tamer card she had, kinda boring to look almost identical even with it being cute art over all. Could've used that other outfit she has

2020 managed to shoehorn its way into every set till it ended, so I think it'll probably happen until GG ends as well where they always manage to have stuff from it in the sets. At least right now that only really means 3 tamers and 3 Digimon compared to 8 of the 2020 cast so it frees up more space for other stuff. 2020 tended to take up way too much space which is prob why they started to do tamer cards with two adventure kids on them to allow for more space.

Interesting that both telsa and betel had normal effects while symbare has an inheritable.

I wonder if we will see the rest of Angoramon's line in this since ghost game was delayed and this would have released around when ultimates debuted.

Well, as history shows it definitely wouldn't be 100% Xros Wars. If that were the case it would have been in the EX series of boosters like the Tamers one and have a smaller card count. Xros Wars is just the main theme, which usually covers 50% of the full content.

Also, it's pretty much 100% certain we're getting WezenGammamon in this as well. BT-08 had Betel, BT-09 had Kaus.

Angoramon line is my favorite line from Ghost Game so far. I also like the art. I hope Angoramon not turn into robotic.
