The Survive website has updated with Part 3 of the story elements, along with some new system details for drama and investigation. Much of this is expanded on information we got previously.

First up, the story update!

Story 3 - The Lost Children's Confusion

Surrounded by fog and separated from his friends, Takuma borrows the help of Agumon who had evolved from Koromon to fight back an attacking monster. He regroups with Minoru and Aoi and they all manage to make it back to their camp's lodgings.

But when they see the lodgings, they are taken aback. It had become dilapidated, and overgrown with greenery, as if several decades had passed.

Was this really the lodgings where they had been staying in? Maybe they had time traveled? Or maybe they had wandered into another world? Those questions ran through their minds.

Just then... "Gyaaaaaaaah!"
They hear Ryou's scream from within the lodgings.

A new danger befalls the children...!

On top of that we get a few updates regarding the game system, this time detailing further information about the drama and investigation parts of gameplay.

Your adventures/raising/battles will change depending on your choices!
In the "drama part" which has a time limit, you will have two situations where you "investigate" ways to survive a danger situation and have "free time" to talk with whomever you choose.

In "investigation," you can freely go about different areas on the map to explore. In the areas, you can talk with friends who are there to gather information and investigate any suspicious places to discover hints or items in order to continue the story. "Explore" and find ways to survive!

In this case we had pieces of all of this previously, but it helps having it in clear concise detail.

Time limit? Now it kinda gives off horror vibes. Almost Yomawari-like.

Well that's interesting. This is very much different then most or any of the other games before.
