Premium Bandai products have often had some degree of non-Premium Bandai distribution. The 20th V-Pets were reversioned into the US releases, and various figures often get releases outside of Japan (with GEM figures having limited distribution even in Japan in a few places.)
The New Super CSA D-3s are being listed at a few stores as exclusive or specialty items.
These appear to not have any real mark-up or intermediary fees, and are being listed in the few places as standard items, making nabbing them much easier for those who don't want to wait for a potential Premium Bandai US release.
The D-3s look to be identical to what is up at Premium Bandai.
