And then, new artwork from Kenji Watanabe!

He drew Gomamon along with the Marching Fishes! Plus a small message:
Episode 7, Gomamon looks as cute as ever!

And a Digimon music update...

Takayoshi Tanimoto posted a photo related to something fans have been waiting a few months for...
Unidentified Airship single mastering.
It's been awhile since recording, but we have finally come to the end of the process so it can be a form that can be finally delivered to everyone. I am infinitely impressed. It's a little longer until the release!

The mastering for the Digimon Adventure: opening theme CD has been finished!

Previous details about the release can be found here.

Pre-orders are up at CDJapan. (affiliate link.)

And then... socks.

Some details for the Digimon Adventure: socks.

We first saw these socks in the product preview video a few weeks ago, and they were also shown off on DigiNavi.

There are 2 patterns, Greymon & Garurumon. Each pair is 539 yen.
They come in 2 sizes, 16-18cm and 19-21cm.

And last up, a bit of a preview of the packaging for the Japanese release of Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna

The first preview shows off the digipak from the deluxe Blu-ray. It's noted that the colors came out looking more impressive than was expected. The artwork for the digipak is by Seiji Tachikawa, the chief animation director of the film.

The second preview shows off the digipak, also from the deluxe Blu-ray. It gives us our first look at how the overall box formatting is, including the way the logo will be formatted on the spine of the box.

We only first got a look at this art a few days ago. The artwork for both sides is by character designer (for both the original Adventure and Kizuna) Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru.

Pre-orders are open at CDJapan, and Kizuna is out on September 2nd: (Affiliate links)
Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna Blu-ray Deluxe Version (CDJapan)
Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna Blu-ray (CDJapan)
Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna DVD (CDJapan)
The US Blu-ray and DVD release of Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna is currently scheduled for October 6th.

A fun little stack of art and previews.
