Plot:

In 1937 the Atanasoff-Berry Computer (ABC) was created by John Vincent Atanasoff. This created a technological revolution for Earth – the beginning of a new, digital age. However, what people didn’t know is that it truly was creating a new digital age – the creation of the Digital World.
Spanning from random bits of information and code, genderless, powerful, digital creatures known as Digital Monsters (later abbreviated as ‘Digimon’) were created by this machine. Once the French constructed the Internet in the late twentieth century, these data-creations took variation forms of animals and objects on Earth that were displayed on the Internet, including information about the human world and its history. Each creature developed an individual personality and became capable of human speech. They inhabited the Digital World just as humans inhabit Earth – or, close to it. Like the human world, Digimon created societies, villages, and towns, each unique to their community and environment.
However, in the 1990s, the three Guardians of the Digital World began to open its gate for humans to enter and form bonds with Digimon. The essential reason was for corrupt data in the Digital World – when a creature’s heart grows dark, its data becomes corrupt and consumes it. Some Digimon are born with such corruption, but do not develop it until later in their life.
These companions to Digimon – Tamers – helped stop the corrupt data and its consumption of Digimon in the Digital World, and created a new kind of peace for the beautiful land. More humans were allowed to enter the world, generally children and teenagers, who became connected with these creatures. History developed in the Digital World, similarly to how it would in the human world, and Digimon earned titles, created factions, went through war, experienced tragic events, and created fellowships with others. Truly, these creatures became a stable, more perfect world.
By 2045, the Digital World has expanded even more. Its billions and billions of terabytes of information have created a beautiful universe, paralleling Earth. There are more planes, oceans, mountains, deserts, and any other kind of natural land. Time began to develop differently there, moving much faster than it does in the human world. Two weeks in the Digital World is equal to four hours on Earth.
Deep within the Dark Area of the Digital World – a black dimension connected to the world – rested Ogudomon. During the Dark War in the Digital World, Ogudomon was defeated, and restored into bits of Data that were scattered around the Digital World. Ogudomon commanded a full army alongside Lucemon Shadowlord Mode, attempting to destroy the kingdom of the Three Great Angels (Seraphimon, Ophanimon, and Cherubimon). The army of the Three Great Angels, known as the Excalibur Force, defeated the dark Digimon’s army, sealing away the Digi-Core of Ogudomon in the Gate of Deadly Sins at an unknown location in the Dark Area.
Now, the Seven Great Demon Lords have been revived by an unknown force, and have come back to the Digital World to revive Ogudomon. The Three Great Angels call upon the Ten Legendary Warriors of the Digital World to help defeat the evil group by calling the Warriors from New York City, and transporting them to the Digital World. When these humans gain the power to Spirit Evolve into the Legendary Warriors, they are the ones who can defeat the wrath of the Seven Great Demon Lords.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay, so as you can see this is basically set up similarly to Digimon Frontier. The humans are sent from Earth to the Digital World, this time via Grand Central Station in New York City. The following format goes for characters:

Name:
Origin:
Spirit: (The Spirit of Darkness cannot be corrupt)
Age: (Preferably between 17 and 20)
Gender:
Sexuality:
FSUIT colors:
Appearance:
Personality:
Spirit's Personality:
History:
Extra: (Optional)

****Your character should already be acquainted with their Spirit, but only able to use the H-Hybrid (Human Hybrid Spirit/Champion Level).

Please give detailed descriptions for appearance, personality, history, and extra.

Rules:

All standard RP rules apply.

This is an R-rated RP, so please be mature in this. Make sure your writing is spell-checked and elaborate – it should be able to flow with the plotline and other posts. Yes, swearing is allowed, along with explicit themes (at least, from what I assume is allowed by the standard rules).

Please, for the love of all things good, do NOT God-mod. Especially in dialogue or voice in writing. For example, if someone’s character says, “Where’re you at?” do not add in your post: “***DON’T PLACE A PREPOSITION AT THE END OF A SENTENCE, KTHX.”

Your character MUST already have their Human Spirit (H-Hybrid). You can make up any way that they received it, but please be creative.

You may choose to use the Japanese attacks of the Spirit, or the American. However, I request that you keep the Digimon’s American-dub name (i.e. Beetlemon cannot be ‘Blitzmon.’)

There isn't a leader of the role play. The roleplay isn’t about you; it’s about everyone in it. Don’t be an attention-hog.
You may take control of the characters that are NOT your own, but ONLY the ones that are not someone else's OC. For example, an enemy Digimon, someone random in the street, etc. Everyone can basically share control over Amy, Ben, and Danielle.

There must be 10 characters total (including me) for the Spirits. That means one host per set of Spirits (i.e. one female host for the Spirits of Water). If this turns into a problem, people can create another character for a Spirit to fill in the gaps.

Let’s all remember that Digimon are composed of data, so when they die (in other words, when their data is completely destroyed) they don’t bleed. Yes, they can split in half or be decapitated, but it’s done cleanly or with the blue, barcode-like data spilling from its wounds.

Your character is not invincible – it will suffer from some attacks, and it will be hit by some.

Notable areas/cartography:

The Digital World is set up by regions.
Region A: The western region of the Digital World, and also the second largest.

Region B: The fourth largest region of the Digital World, located near Region C.

Region C: Eastern region of the Digital World and also the third largest.

Region D: Southern region of the Digital World, consuming the whole bottom of the map. It is the largest region.

Region E: North point of the Digital World. It is somewhat smaller than Region B, making it the fifth largest region, and also the coldest.

Region F: The smallest landmass of the Digital World, located adjacent to Region E. It is scarce, except for a few communities, and has a link to the Daura Borealis.

Daura Borealis: The purple light that shines in the night sky of Region F. It is the gateway to the Dark Area, and it flows down to the center of the region, creating a pathway to the Dark Area.

Each region has different areas/communities in it.

Sea of Data: The vast sea that divides the land on the world. It is inhabited by water and fish Digimon, with several islands scattered around the sea. Here is where the domain of the Spirits of Water resides.

Metal Chasm: A large cave, rich with minerals and home to many Digimon – metal Digimon, several beast Digimon, and any other kind of Digimon that would reside in a cave. It is home to the Spirits of Steel.

Crystal Mountain: A mountain where crystals can be mined, including DigiAmythest, a powerful and rare mineral of energy that is often crafted for weaponry or used for powering areas. It is home to many earth, metal, and fire Digimon. Here is where the Spirits of Earth reside.

Giga Forest: The largest forest on the western landmass of the Digital World. It consumes about one-fourth of the land here, known as Region A, and is inhabited by many Insect, Human, Beast, and Fairy Digimon.

Dark Area: Inhabited by dark Digimon, it is their main land. Digimon here are not necessarily evil, they are just of the dark or demon attribute. However, most of the Digital World’s corrupted data is produced here. It is mainly a land composed of dark plains and forests, and always has the starry navy sky and moon, even during the day.

Felids of Flames: A large field of wheat and withered grass with either average temperature or blazing hot temperature. Fiery beasts roam and inhabit these fields, along with some birds and human-like Digimon. It consumes a quarter of Region A, spreading from the end of the northeast to the mid-south. The Beast Spirit of Flames resides here.

Torrent Town: A town that stretches across the shore bordering the bottom of Region C. It is home to many tropical Digimon, including humanoids and fish-creatures. The town is famous for its yearly festival, where surpluses of merchants line the streets with large discounts on their goods (think of it as the “Black Friday” of the Digital World).

Claddus Town: A large town in the northeastern part of Region A. It’s set on a steel base with metallic living stations for Digimon there. Almost every type of Digimon inhabits it.

Gateway Town/Station: The only town in the Digital World that connects with the human world. Its train station uses the Trailmon to maneuver across the land and back and forth from the human world (when the gate to the human world is open). It is the largest station in the Digital World. It sits south of Region A.

Cubyte Village: A small, snowy village in the north on Region E. It’s home to cold Digimon, especially the icy Bird Digimon, Beast Digimon, and some Digimon that live in caves.

Cubyte Mountain: The tallest mountain in the Digital World. It always seems to be snowing on this mountain, and it is home to many ice-type Digimon. About halfway up the mountain is an entrance to Cubyte Cave, which holds the Beast Spirit of Ice at its heart.

Stark Beach: The entire shoreline of the southern landmass of the Digital World (Region D). The Digimon that reside here and the land beyond it are unknown.

Kanine Village: An ancient village in Region C inhabited by cryptic Digimon, especially that of dog-like Beast Digimon, Ghost Digimon, and Human Digimon. The Beast Spirit of Light can be found in the Ancient Ruins at the end of the village.

Ancient Ruins: Holder of the Beast Spirit of Light, which is said to be the unknown treasure deep within the ruins. It is a giant temple created by ancient Digimon during the beginning of the Digital World. Many have not been able to explore the whole thing. It is rumored that stray DigiCores take form of their original Digimon who guard the temple.

Sacred Gardens: The Sacred Gardens consume about a third of the B Region. These grassy areas are considered to be the most beautiful sights in the Digital World. Communities are spread across it, and one community is said to hold the Beast Spirit of Wood.

Dry Land: The nickname for the land of Region F. It serves as the graveyard for scrap data and destroyed DigiCores. It is uninhabited by any Digimon, except for the Phantomon that guards the entrance.

Whispering Woods: A location in the center of Region C entirely composed of thick forestry. Shrines are set up in various locations, and the largest shrine stands in the center of the forest. Wind blows frequently through the woods, and the shrines are set up so they make a whistling sound whenever the wind blows. Quiet Insect and Fairy Digimon inhabit this forest, along with many species of Plant Digimon. The biggest shrine is said to hold the Beast Spirit of Wind.

Thunderhead Mining Facilities: A labor city on Region C. Electric Machine Digimon inhabit this area, working to power the Digital World’s core. It is one of the largest towns in the Digital World. Deep within the city mines lies the Beast Spirit of Thunder.

Black Labyrinth: A large town on Region C known for having twisting and turning streets. Foreigners are easily lost here. The area is inhabited by dark Beast Digimon, including some Demon and Ghost Digimon. The Hybrid for the Beast Spirit of Darkness is said to be somewhere within the city.

Extra locations:

Three moons of the Digital World: Ophanimoon (pink), Seraphimoon (blue), and Cherubimoon (yellowish green). No Digimon inhabit these moons, except for Starmon and their evolutions.

Castle of the Three Great Angels: The giant castle of Ophanimon, Serpahimon, and Cherubimon, completely composed of DigiAmethyst. It is heavily guarded by Chessmon and their evolutions, and its only inhabitants are Ophanimon, Seraphimon, and Cherubimon, along with their Tamers (Danielle, Ben, and Amy).

Other characters:

Ophanimon
- As one of the three rulers of the Digital World, and the only female-resembling one, she takes pride in being a leader. Her personality is very proper, but loving and caring. She is very skilled in combat, using her javelin as her primary weapon. She was the original holder of the Spirits of Flames, Thunder, and Ice. Her Tamer is Danielle Joseph.

Name: Danielle Joseph
Age: 17
Origin: Farmington, CT
Partner: Ophanimon (Great Angel)
Appearance: Danielle stands at 5’6”. Her hair is bright blond and very short cut, resembling that of a boy’s. From behind, people may mistake her as male, but her large bust and feminine facial features assure people that she is a female. Danielle’s skin is fair with few blemishes. Her eyebrows are thick but trimmed, setting over a pair of bright, baby-blue eyes. She sports a white t-shirt with a black imprint of the TARDIS from the TV series Doctor Who, and she wears a pair of blue jeans on her legs that fit perfectly. Her waist is average – neither fat nor thin – and she always walks with confidence in her posture. She wears red Converse sneakers with little doodles on them in permanent marker.
Personality: Her boy-cut hair often makes people become skeptical of her, assuming she must have a rough, tom-boy personality, when she actually has a very peppy, feminine personality. She is completely asexual – she does not seek anything physical in a relationship except for the pure romance and affection. She is a very caring and loving person, just like Ophanimon, and is often motherly to others. She can fill a room with her happy and outgoing personality, but sometimes comes off as too strong to other people. She loves British television, creative writing, fanfiction, and she can always be found carrying a book with her.
History: Danielle was brought to the Digital World when she was 12, and Ophanimon chose her as her own partner. She has, since then, assisted Ophanimon and the other Celestials. She comes from the old and wealthy town of Farmington in Connecticut, and even attended Miss Porter’s School for Women – the most expensive and highly acclaimed academy for women on the east coast. She lives with her mother, Janice Joseph.
Extra: Danielle’s mother is a lesbian who lived with her partner until Danielle was four, when the partner, Claudia, was kicked out of the house. Claudia has left a large debt on the family, and she constantly made them feel depressed. Danielle claims that Claudia psychologically manipulated her, and that she was never close to Claudia – she claims that she hated her. Claudia would return to them on occasion, with the permission of Jan, but she suffered from serious depression, which brought down the family. In November of 2042, Claudia threw herself in front of a train. Danielle has been scarred by this, and she often covers up her depression by trying to distract herself.

Seraphimon:
- Knightly and gentle, this Celestial being is also one of the Three Great Angels. He guards the Digital World alongside Ophanimon and Cherubimon. This Angel Digimon is a commander of war tactics, and takes on a strong, masculine personality. He is the original guardian of the Spirits of Light and Wind. His Tamer is Benjamin Hill.

Name: Benjamin (Ben) Young:
Age: 20
Origin: East Hampton, CT
Partner: Seraphimon (Great Angel/Celestial)
Appearance: Ben is the tallest of the three Celestial Tamers, standing at 6’4”. He is large in size, including a bit of a belly, and he is very, very strong. His hair is short and dirty-blond, and is often covered by a black cap. His jaw is lined with a chin-strap beard coming from his sideburns down. His facial features are sharp, and his pale blue eyes stand out the most. His skin is fair, like Danielle’s. He wears a long, black coat with gold buttons and black lapels, reaching down to his ankles. Under the coat are a blue waffle-iron shirt, worn with baggy blue jeans and a belt covered by the shirt.
Personality: Ben is very masculine, but at the same time very friendly and agreeable. He’s typical when it comes to some boys his age – a college student, likes to play video games, has a high libido, likes to party and drink – but he has some unique traits. He’s very empathetic for the average male – he doesn’t feel awkward in most situations and almost always has an input, except when angry. He has slight depression, which makes a big impact on him. He has an uneven temper at times, but he tries to remain tolerable of most people.
History: Despite Ben’s manly façade, he has a feminine side, too. Ben is very sensitive and understanding, and he’s a theater major in college. When he was in the ninth grade, he attempted suicide in fear of his parents finding out that he was gay. Fortunately, he chose not to because his mother found him before he could, and sat down with him and his father to talk about it. Ben is open about it now, and will tell someone if they ask him. His twin, Andrew, is his best friend, despite the fact that they are often separated from each other because of college and location. He lives on campus in Rhode Island, but his brother and sister attend college back at home in Connecticut. Ben was chosen as the Tamer of Seraphimon when he was 15 at the same time Danielle and Amy were selected.

Cherubimon:
- Cherubimon is the final/third of the Three Great Angels. This Celestial Digimon has a very lighthearted and cheerful personality, but is portrayed as a male/masculine being. He is the most intelligent of the three, and guards the information of the Digital World. Cherubimon is the original guardian of the Spirits of Darkness, Water, Steel, Earth and Wood. His Tamer is Amy Swan.

Name: Amy Swan
Age: 19
Origin: Burlington, Vermont
Partner: Cherubimon (Great Angel/Celestial)
Appearance: Amy stands at the height of 5’7”. She is considered to be beautiful by many – her hair is long, straight and pure blonde, and her skin pale, which make her eyes – the brightest shade of blue – pop. Her body is an hourglass shape, and her clothing fits perfectly on her. She wears a long-sleeved, blue v-neck shirt, with her sleeves rolled up to her elbows. She wears white jeans under it, reaching down to a pair of black shoes.
Personality: Amy is lighthearted, just like Cherubimon. She attends the University of Vermont for Pharmacy, and is currently achieving high-honors in her class. Many people describe Amy as perfect – pretty, kind, funny, talented – but they don’t see Amy’s flaws. She’s extremely self-conscious, and very over analytical. She has difficulties trying to interpret certain situations because of how she thinks about them. She sees things from many different perspectives, making her very indecisive sometimes. Amy can be very opinionated on many things and can very easily get into an argument with someone when they disagree with her, which leads her back to trying to see it from their perspective, thus leaving her unsure of what to say in such situations. When Amy likes a guy, she’s hooked on him for a while. It consumes her, and she has to try to keep herself focused on her goal.

History: Amy received Cherubimon when she was 14; the same time Danielle and Ben were given Ophanimon and Seraphimon. Cherubimon has been her best friend since, even despite the fact that he’s in another world. On occasion, he materializes himself in his Rookie Form, Lopmon, and stays with Amy for a week. Amy lives on her own in an apartment in Burlington, Vermont. She is an only child, and her parents live in Richmond, Vermont.

Other/modifications:

The F-SUIT: Frontier System Universal Intelligent Technology Suit. These suits are what allow the Frontier members (Spirit holders/Hosts) to easily survive in the Digital World. When they are sent to the Digital World, they are digitized there with them on. They are made of a smooth, thick material, similar to a wet suit but with a more rubbery feel. (Think of them as suits from Tron. No, that is not where I got the idea from.) These suits come with a pair of matching boots, which are shock-absorbent and very durable. The suits are bulletproof, and allow the wearers to easily move in them. They adjust their own temperature depending on the environment, keeping the wearer at a stable temperature. Each suit is unique in color for each Spirit-Wielder – the base colors match the Spirit’s colors. (More will be described once given to in the actual RP).

Spirits/Spirit Evolution: The Spirits can communicate with their holder in their mind, but only if they want to. Just to add an interesting effect, when the human Spirit Evolves, their left eye shimmers orange with a black sign/mark of Ophanimon (remember the cross-like symbol that appears on the D-Scanners in the series?).

I’ll post my character, and then sign-ups will begin.

Sign-ups begin now.

Spirits taken:

Spirits of Light (nwolf)

(DISCLAIMER: I actually have this up on another forum from forever ago, but it was never played. So, uh, here. I really want it to get played here lol.)

Name: Zachariah (Zack) Allen

Age: 19

Origin: New York City, New York

Gender: Male

Spirit: Spirits of Light

Orientation: Indifferent to gender/bisexual

FSUIT colors: Blue and black.

Appearance: He defines “tall, dark, and mysterious” – 6’3”, tan skin, dark, styled hair, all offset by piercing green yes. He sports a navy drawstring-hoodie with a white zipper going down its middle. He wears baggy boot-cut jeans that make him look even taller than her really is, which end at a pair of grey sneakers. He trains every day to prepare himself for the one day he might have to enter the Digital World – simple meditation to relax and focus, fencing practice, kendo and judo practice, weight lifting, aerobics, etc. It has become a personal addiction to him, making him incredibly fit. A black string with a prong of some sort hangs from his neck.

Personality: Zack tries to be a calm, independent individual. However, he constantly feels that he has to please everyone, always accepting favors and being friendly and talkative as opposed to his true lone wolf, calm self. This causes him to tense up frequently, and occasionally lash out at people, giving everyone the impression that he has a very high temper and low tolerance level. He attends NYU for psychology and linguistics. He has a high interest in languages and is fascinated by psychology, hoping to enter the field of speech pathology or psychological linguistics. His interest in psychology has also made him a very over analytical person, and that contributes to his change in personality – he analyzes people quickly and tries to create a personality for him to get along with them. He adjusts quickly and easily to people as such. By the age of 15, Zack was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and anxiety, and has since then been medicated. He has been able to monitor his mood this way, and act more stable. However, he does not show his true colors to most people.

Spirit of Light’s personality: Calm, reserved, and taciturn. He is rough at times, and skilled. His persistence leads him, and he secretly takes pride in his strength, but tries to cover it up with his modesty. He loves Zack and is always looking out for him.

History: Zack is the only child of Dean and Lillian Allen. The prong hanging from his necklace is a wolf’s tooth from a white wolf his father hunted when he lived in upstate New York. Wolves, let alone white wolves, were very rare in that part of the state, so his father managed to obtain a long canine tooth and string it onto a necklace. Zack’s father died in a car accident when he was 12, and he’s worn the necklace ever since. His mother, Lillian, lives with Zack’s maternal grandmother, Violet, in Buffalo, New York. Zack obtained the H-Hybrid of Light when he was 17 when he experienced strange dreams about being in a black void, with the Spirit of Light in front of him. He woke up the next day with a white and blue device next to his bed, the sign of Ophanimon shimmering brightly on the screen. Zack lives in an apartment on his own in the Manhattan area of New York City, commuting to NYU.

I may be interested in this... Can I call dibs on the water spirit, but with a male character?

Name: Brian Laurens

Origin: Pennsylvania

Spirit: Water

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Confused

FSUIT colors: Azure

Appearance: Brian is pretty tall, with an average build, and black hair and grey eyes. He likes to wear long sleeves, or a sweat shirt (baggy), and jeans. Sometimes he wears a cap but he tends not to like hats. He routinely wears fingerless gloves as well. It's just a thing.

Personality: Usually head strong and aggressive, the spirit if water's appearance has shaken Brian more than a little bit. he was never mean spirited or a bully, but Brian thought with his fists more often than with his head. Now when he fights, it's usually sporting a set of boobs, and that's messed him up a little. He still packs a punch, but he's lost a bit of his spunk.

Brian has a soft spot for some animals. Especially human females. He loves a good damsel in distress. But after he does his work, he tends to lose interest in the prize, at least on a romantic or sexual level. He does, however, make plenty of friends this way, and the fact that he doesn't make use of this female posse has lead some to think that he's gay.

Spirit's Personality: Antagonistic, but in a sweet, sarcastic way. It's meant to inspire passion. To instigate someone into getting something done. She especially loves to turn it upon Brian. It riles him up. She likes that.

History: Brian is the middle of three children, with an older brother and a younger sister. His childhood was riddled with sibling rivalry, which he inevitably lost out in. He was outweighed in popularity and strength by the other two.

So in school, Brian studied hard, and secretly became something of a geek, but he doesn't dare show that part of him. He hides it through a membership at a gym, where he trains for cross country and boxes on the side.

Extra: Brian's family has two dogs and a cat, but Brian's favorite pet is a half domesticated fox that hangs out in his back yard. Brian sometimes goes camping, and takes it with him. He's had thoughts of staying out in the wilderness and abandoning domestic life when life gets hard.

Name: Zanebono "Zac" "Zane" Geomar

age: 17

Origin: Cumming, Georgia

Spirits: Spirits of Flame and Thunder

Sexuality: Straight

FSUIT Colors: Red and Black

Appearance: Zanebono stands roughly 6'feet tall, with white skin, a lanky and skinny figure, and has long arms and legs. He has brown, thick, yet short hair, hazel eyes, somewhat big ears and a very nice complexion. He wears a dark red, short sleeved button up, with a grey vest over it, dark blue jeans, black dress shoes and a pair of goggles on his head.

Personality: Zanebono is a kind and caring young man, who often keeps to himself. He sometimes seems oblivious, and can seem uncaring, though, he is rather intelligent for his age. He often a keeps to himself in his workshop, inventing many inventions that most of the time, fail. He is determination, and also stubbornness have kept him inventing, and have gotten him into trouble several times.

Spirits of Flames Personality: Cocky, quick to anger, and somewhat insane, he is actually quite loving and caring, though his psychotic deminoir often confused other people, and sometimes, even Zanebono. His strength is great, though he rather use tricks and strategies rather than his pure strength (which is only released when he is extremely angered, and "explodes" with anger).

Spiritd of Thunder Personality: Unlike the Spirits of Flame, and despite his attribute (and forms), he is rather calm and wise. He is more reserved, and is very patient, always teaching Zanebono about things, a guide so to speak, and balances out the Spirits of Flame's chaotic personality.

History: Zanebono lives with his mother and twin sister, Viviana, as his father died in as a soldier in battle. Throughout Zanebono's life, he was always pushed to be a better man by his father, though, Zanebono thought at the time his father was just trying to make his son become what he wanted Zanebono to be, though, he was setting up Zanebono to be a great man. Now, Zanebono regrets that his father died, and often wishes that he could reverse the clock and listen to his father more. It was when he was notified of his father's death, he ran to his room and cried his head off, heartbrokened of this tragic news. It was then that the Spirit of Flame came and comforted him, as did the Spirit of Thunder, and a red and black deviece appeared on his bedside table, with the mark of Ophanimon.

Extea: The Spirits of Flame act like a father to Zanebono, hence the spirit coming to Zanebono learned of his father's death, and the Spirits of Thunder act like a tutor and mentor to Zanebono.

Yes, you may! Digimon are considered to sort of be genderless afterall, right?

And Zacax, you're in!

Yeah, I was actually kinda thinking that, hahaha. I probably wasn't too clear, so that'll work.

As far as changing the Spirits go, I dunno. I'd only allow that in this case since you wanted to use a male character with a feminine Spirit. If you want to, sure, just run it by me as far as the selections go.

And, as far as there not being a F-Hybird/Fusion Hybrid for the non-central characters in the canon of the show, you can pick a Fusion for them. Like, Ice, you could pick a Fusion Spirit for the Water Spirits.

Yeah, I feel like I wasn't too detailed on that, haha. That's what I mean.
So, yeah, apart from those, anyone can pick whatever for the F-Hybrids.

I'm not sure what you guys are talkin' about. I watched Frontier but I wasn't all geek about it, and I know I didn't mention swapping spirit digimon for others. I'm fine with using female Ranamon with my male character. I like messing around with dynamics like that. And Brian isn't too pleased about it himself either. It confuses him. Makes him uncomfortable... I like that.

I'm cool with them communicating. I do that with an RP I run off site, in a way. It's a fun dynamic. One I'm on board with ;)

If we don't have enough players, were you going to have us have two human characters, or our one character with two spirits? Because I'd take the Wind spirits as well if I could also slap them on Brian... ^^' Again sorry if that was answered already.

LOL No, it's fine! Yeah, they never did that in the series, but if you wanted to put an opposite gender with a female/male appearance Spirit, you could change out the Spirits and use a different Digimon instead, I guess. I think the traditional Spirits are fine as it is, too.

If we don't have enough players, I think we should just make another character for another Spirit; having a person with multiple seems a bit too complicated/unnecessary for some reason.

Then we'll just have to wait. Hopefully we'll get some more by tomorrow.

I'm making considerations for joining this myself. Never saw Frontier, but the general idea was something that interested me.

To be honest guys, the only choice that seems complicated is the idea of having to juggle two human characters with a spirit each. That's a lot of dynamics to take into consideration. I personally would not be able to juggle two humans. If it came to it, I'd much prefer to be able to pick between two spirits and just use Brian. To me, that's not complicated. That's diverse, heh. Gives more options for battle. And you don't have to worry about writing four characters at once for battle scenes.

Hmm, whatever works for you, Ice. :3 I don't mind, in that case. I can see your point.

Aether, that's okay! You're perfectly welcome to join! Perhaps you may want to watch a few episodes or do just a bit of research? Unless you've done some research already, haha.

Sorry, I kept trying to edit and tweak my last post last night but my phone's browser kept crashing. I guess it doesn't like VB's text box.

I guess you could think of them like the digi eggs, to see what I'd had in mind. Just focus on which one to use, or choose it on the digivice, and there you go, you transform.
