Shout Mentions More tri. In Press Release

Well, looks like everyone missed this...



Shout Factory sent out a press release for tri. Part 3 on home video a little over a week and a half ago.

Due to all the information being known, most fans simply skimmed it, but it appears because of that we all missed a detail.

But towards the bottom of the press release...

Shout! Factory, in collaboration with Toei Animation, will continue to present new movie installments from the Digimon Adventure tri. feature film series on North American home entertainment shelves in 2018. Meanwhile, fans are encouraged to visit Shout! Factory's website (www.shoutfactory.com) and official social Facebook and Twitter for forthcoming news and activities.

So while it isn't an official announcement of which new parts they have, it's confirmation that Toei will continue working with Shout to release more Digimon Adventure tri. in the USA in 2018.


Hopefully we get more information on this exciting news soon.



tri. Part 3 will be coming out on home video in the US in just a month...



The MSRP for the Blu-ray is $24.97 and $14.98 for the DVD, with a release date of December 5th. Links below are Amazon affiliate links (with both discounted quite a bit.)
