Shakomon & Octomon Previews for Booster Set EX-05

The Digimon Card Game Twitter (2) has updated with card previews from Booster Set EX-05 Animal Colosseum. This time it's Shakomon & Octomon.

Shakomon gets some really nice dynamic art, featuring it mid battle using one of it's water blasting attacks, with a familiar Digimon or two appearing in the shot. Octomon looks to be based on the same shot as Shakomon, also getting a dynamic actiony image.

Octomon creates Fujitsumon tokens; considering Syakomon’s effect wants your opponent to have lots of Digimon I’d assume your opponent gets the tokens

it's interesting how the Octomon card doesn't say what level the Fujitsumon tokens are or what their traits are? Digimon tokens used to state that

Doubtful, Fujitstumon already had an episode devoted to them and didn’t get an Encyclopedia article from that because there isn’t really much to say on them beyond what’s already covered in Octomon’s profile.

Interesting play style here. Unlike the recently revealed Gyukimon stuff this is a token based strategy i actually want to use. Bandai seems like they are putting some actually effort into it.

I think it's Black Pearl, actually, that's a pretty large black object in front of it and it provides a mirror to Octmon's Kaimei Bokuju, which also shoots a large black rounded projectile and which is being prominently used on its card.

Well, there's not much to them that we currently know. They could, like, you know, tell us what attacks they can use.

Frankly, I'm surprised that Fujitsumon has been getting any sort of acknowledgement in the past year. Even the few times Octomon did appear (prior to the Ghost Game episode), it's not like anyone paid any mind to the fact that the barnacles on its helmet are apparently a type of unique Digimon (so more like Chuumon, less like some accessory animal such as Valkyrimon's Freyja or Venusmon's Olive and Hotan). It was a bit of flavor text brought up in Octomon's profile, but seemingly nowhere else (so Fujitsumon used to have about as much relevence as the fact that some of Octomon's tentacles are made from stolen Devidramon data).

Though yeah, a profile for Fujitsumon would be nice.
