Its effect isn't as good as the older Savior but I suppose thats the point since the old one was limited to 1. At least this one can still give you free Sisters, but it has to evolve to another Digimon and then the new Digimon can summon the Sistermon.

Just what is Savior Hackmon fighting? those spike missiles looks like there being fired by Ikkakumon but split into green torpedoes and if not Ikkakumon then what other Digimon I know fires spikes, Pukumon?

I'm not sure either, but they could be Tankdramon's missiles.

I didn’t know that Tankdramon can shoot spike missiles, if that’s true then it’s not just Legends-Arm and Bancho that are enemies with the D-Brigade.

Doesn't have to be enemy like in some profiles or stories. It could be just the "enemy" in that particular card.

Besides, everything could happen in Digital World. It could be SaviorHackmon needs to be there to help stopping the D-Brigade destroying things.
