It's the 8th episode of Digimon Classroom spinoff/side series 'Road to Digimon Card Master'... or maybe the 6th?
They've shifted how they count Road to Digimon Card Master a few times (with a number of episodes that had no number.) They say 6... and in one or two places they also say 8... so we'll go with 6 for now and decide how to number things overall later, even though we already had episodes labeled as 6 and 7.
This time Moni-chan will face off in a match against the Digimon Teacher. But she isn't alone. Digimon Card Game producer Goto P has designed a deck for her to use in her match.
They seem to suggest you won't know what will happen in the Digimon Card Game until the very end, and end the text description by laughing.
