maybe it´s just me, but isn´t it weird that both Huanglongmon and LucemonSM got a gold and purple variant especially since they share some history?

probably just coincidence, though i find the idea funny that in like an alt-reality Huanglongmon was victorious over Lucemon and absorbed his data and then evolved into LucemonSM

I was inspecting Archnemon's design last night, and noticed that there are two pairs of yellow eye-like markings on her thorax, and that led me to think of this:

The two pairs of abdominal eyes reminded me of VenomVamdemon's (though his are red). Then I realized they both have red exoskeletons, horns, oversized hands, a very similar color scheme, and shaggy manes of light-colored hair. They're even both the same type, Demon Beast. If you want to stretch it even further, they both hide monsters in their abdomens, and, in 02, Archnemon's Spider Thread often resembles reddish tentacles like the ones inside VenomVamdemon's body. Throw in that Archnemon in her anime debut was made from the DNA of a guy with Vamdemon's spirit inside him, and it all seems rather perfect.

Yeah,I have called out the resemblance in the past but you made a more ample explanation about it.

These are all the Ultimates I like for Arukenimon,the new ones i realized could fit thanks to the new digimon are:
Sleipmon,same color scheme and both have six legs and two arms,Gulfmon,both have a centaur body type with a face in their lower chest,horns,long arms,pale skin and similar gold markings in their body,Ogudomon and Apocalymon,a smaller nuclear body with a big lower body with multiple limbs,AncientKabuterimon,a lower red bug body with six eyes and six legs and an upper humanoid body,Bachussmon,a giant round face under their real one and long arms,VenomMyotismon,horns,red coulor scheme and the second head on Venoms belly,and last,Suijinmon,rounded red centaur bodies.

Coronamon is the the child form of Apollomon and no, none of the others have a dedicated child level, some have deicated lines to some extend like Aegiomon>Aegiochusmon(H)>Jupitermon and Dobermon>Cerberumon(WM)>Plutomon though i woudn´t say Elecmon or Labramon are their dedicated Child levels.

Maybe Iguneetmon for Mercurymon, maybe. And Marsmon has his line from his debut game as well.

But no, most of the Olympus don't have other members of their "line" at all outside of what's there at Ultimate, it's really only Jupitermon that does (and Plutomon but he's not in the Olympus XII).

In fact, sasasi confirms that the Olympos XII cameos (excluding Aegiomon) in the Parallel artwork he designed for the BT1-057 card are meant to be Sirenmon's possible evolutions. Of course, he favors Ceresmon as her evolution the most, as seen by his BT3-056 artwork.

I really love Leomon Survive line
IceLeomon evolve to Sakuyamon miko mode, Leomon fit with Taomon, Taomon fit for Anubimon too

I never know Taomon/Doumon would fit perfectly with Anubimon

Also i think Gumdramon more fit for Anubimon than Labramon

I like to imagine all those digimon on the left side fusing together into a single Black Gatomon before exploding out into multiple Perfects.
The top chart would be easier to follow with colored lines

From a visual standpoint, the clarity is poor. There are no distinction between the lines, and the amount of wide-range crisscrossing is excessive.

The lack of a goal doesn't help. Like, you have 5 paths converging on Bastemon, but only 1 path for several other Digimon.

That spider line feels too self-contained for an evolution tree. Kodokugumon Baby and Parasimon only have a single path available each, and there is only a single path leading to Parasimon (again) and Dokugumon each.
That snake line is slightly on the exclusive side too, but better than the spider line.

Thank you for the suggestions! I've made a couple edits. Colored each line to make it easier to see who can become what (may change a couple colors though cause they look a bit too light), added a couple mons to help make others feel a bit less exclusive (I feel like gyukimon kinda fits where he is since he has a gun arm and is half spider. Might even connect him to mikemon since they're both demon beasts), and added a couple more paths so that almost everything (with a couple exceptions. sorry ultras) has at least 2 forms it can become moving forward or backward. Aside from that though, chaos is sort of the nature of the beast I'm afraid. So sorry about that

Also, thanks for the giggle Bancho. I can't look at that now without picturing poor black gatomon popping like an overinflated balloon as it becomes a mess of other digimon lol
