Ranamon & Calamaramon Preview for Booster Set 12

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 12 Across Time. This time it's Ranamon & Calamaramon.

We jump over to Frontier for a Ranamon focused update today. The cards mirror eachother nicer this time, with Ranamon over calm seas at the day, playing with the water, while Calamaramon is rough waters at night, stirring things up.

They gave Ranamon camel toe lmao. Other than that I actuallt do like the art I've grown to like Ranamon more as I've grown up (or Lanamon, as the English card will prob call her)

These cards aren't that powerful so it seems like the other ones from this set hybrids are more balanced. Will blue hybrid decks even use this. Altho stacking a free Ranamon on a Calamaramon could be interesting.

Also Matt, Tommy, Koji etc can now evolve to Ranamon. Always a fun fact

Could be. As well as Ranamon herself also in Xros Wars manga and is Blue Flare. Two Birdramon with one Rockmon.

Well now we can expect fan art of Kiriha Digivolving Ranamon and/or Calmaramon.

That aside, Calmaramon is beautiful. Her artwork kinda reminds me of her role in Ghost Game.

That's a cute card. I had to show up for this. ...She has what? ...My best friend actually plays this. He likes it. Weirdly, I never quite liked her Beast Spirit. Nice card though.

Guess no one in this thread has noticed these cards actually work pretty decently well in Aegisdramon’s deck lol, nice incidental support.

Out of all of the enemy Hybrids, I remember Ranamon the most for having the over-the-top valley girl accent in the ENG dub.

I am very curious to see what they put in the set alongside AncientMermaimon to use as the LV5.

It seems swimmon fit perfectly for Ranamon(swimmer girl), Calmaramon(her yellow eyes), AncientMermaimon(skin).

Swimmon have cute creepy elegant in same time just like Ranamon line.
