A few different product updates before DigiFes tomorrow!
First up...
HatenaBlog (the staff blog for Bandai Candy) did a preview of the upcoming Shodo Digimon figures. It includes a bit of information about the figures, plus new images.
Shodo fits under the 'food toy' type since gum is included, and they mention there is no figure series that actually does have all the partner Digimon like this.
So they are going towards that, which is something that is always a goal of theirs.
WarGreymon
WarGreymon, who appears via Warp Evolution, can be said to be the face of the Digimon series.
He has had many figures released so far, but this time it's a three dimensional model that is based solely on the design seen in the animation without any arrangement or stylistic changes.
They are making it with enthusiasm, and even though it is a 'food toy' they consider it second to none.
Food toys are often 'palm sized' and have their own issues, which isn't limited to WarGreymon:
The physical size can be an issue for the mechanisms that allow movement, but they don't want it to be inferior to other products.
It's a battle to work on proportions of cool designs.
To make sure the cost is reasonable so it doesn't spoil the idea of the 'food toy'
They consider this an always unfolding idea, but they think this one has been made after a fierce battle (and they muse that some would say that the battle for that is not over.)
The texture of most parts is matte, while the yellow armor is glossy.
They want you to pay attention to the detailing on the body parts. They point out the muscles and blood vessels that look nearly realistic showing off WarGremyon's power.
The Dramon Killers on both arms also look quite sharp.
Angewomon
The super evolution of Tailmon, it's the archangel Digimon, Angewomon.
They were particular about the design of this one because it's a female character that is closest to a human design as far as Digimon partners go.
They tried to shape it so even elements like the waist would look roughly like how they do in the anime.
The pink part is made from a soft material, so it can be moved with her arms.
Garudamon
The birdman Digimon Garudamon, the super evolution of Piyomon.
A Digimon whose figures are relatively rare, so they hope Garudamon fans don't miss this chance.
The wings and tail on the back, and the large limbs, are among some of the items that take up the most space among the current lineup.
The digimoji on her legs were done via tampography printing.
The characters in this lineup have a lit of finely painted details, but they worked hard to reproduce the colors they set out to use.
A size comparison with a 'general humanaoid size' Shodo (about 100mm.)
The height of these is a bit short, but they think you can see the overall volume and where it was used, including elements like wings.
The Shodo figure is known for movement, and they believe that's been produced perfectly here.
They are showing color prototypes, so they can't show huge ranges of movement. (WarGreymon appears to be a factory sample that they can show the range on better.)
The Premium Bandai set includes all 3 figures and is open to pre-order.
The 'Complete Set' version has limited things you can't get from the standard versions.
Part 1- Dedicated display stands
The stands each have the 3 crests on them, and you can do action poses that have the characters floating in the air.
Part 2- Limited Packaging
A package using illustrations drawn be Kenji Watanabe.
It was drawn especially for this. They thank Kenji Watanabe for doing this despite his busy schedule.
Pre-orders for the Complete Set close on August 6th
They are working hard to deliver good things, and they plan to have Shodo Digimon strive to complete the eight partner Digimon.
They will share follow-up news soon, so stay tuned...
US based Pre-orders for the Complete Set are open at Premium Bandai USA until September 9th for $50. The gum is not included.
And from the Digimon Music Producer...
They are now selling the Butter-Fly Music Library CDs, and the shirts, on their webstore, seperately. (He also points out the design of the shirts is his favorite.)
The CD itself was the DigiFes 2017 CD and includes:
10 different versions of Butter-Fly.
The full tracklist is:
1. Butter-Fly (Movie Size #1)
2. Butter-Fly
3. Butter-Fly (Piano Version)
4. Butter-Fly -Strong Version-
5. Butter-Fly -tri. Version-
6. Butter-Fly -Preview-
7. Butter-Fly -Everyday-
8. Butter-Fly -Loneliness-
9. Butter-Fly -Moment-
10. Butter-Fly -Setting Off-
Tracks 1 thru 5 are previously released vocal versions of Butter-Fly by Wada Kouji.
Track 6 is an OST version of Butter-Fly used in Adventure by original composer Takanori Arisawa.
Tracks 7 thru 10 are OST versions of Butter-Fly used in tri. by composer Go Sakabe. These haven't previously appeared on a music release.
It can be purchased here for 2,138 yen.
As for the shirts without the CD...

The Kenji Watanabe and Uki Atsuya artwork that was used for the Wada Kouji Memorial Best album releases.
The shirts come in S, M, L, and XL.
The shirts are 6,552 yen each:
Kenji Watanabe Version
Uki Atsuya Version
The bundle version of the shirt/CD, plus the Tai & Sora CD from DigiFes 2019 are also still available at the store.
If you want to contact an intermediary to get these...
And last up... a Premium Bandai lottery...
If you aren't familiar with this...
They're going to have limited stock of a number of items (likely to celebrate DigiFes.) These are most likely extra stock that was made in case of issues that would require replacements or simply extras they decided to hold onto for whatever reason that they've decided is time to sell off.
These are sold off via lottery, wherein people (or intermediaries) in Japan sign up, and if they are chosen they can buy them at MSRP.
The items this time are all Digimon X related:
the Digimon X2 V-Pets, for 3,850 yen each
the Digimon X3 V-Pets, for 3,850 yen each
the Digital Monster Art Book Version X, for 4,950 yen
The lottery can be entered by people in Japan by clicking the big orange button under the price and entry details.
Sign-ups end on August 16th.
The lottery winners who can purchase the items will be announced on August 18th.
I don't expect any intermediaries will want to try dealing with a lotto, but if you want to try...
A small, but wide, stack of product updates before DigiFes.

If you want to contact an intermediary to get these...
You'll want to contact an intermediary to get these items sent to you. WtW is not affiliated with any, but here are a selection of intermediaries that have worked well for various WtWers and their friends in the past:
From Japan
Rider Proxy
Nippon-Yasan
You'll want to provide your chosen intermediary with the link to the item. Just copy paste the links to the product pages for what you want and send them a message about it and they'll take care of it after they discuss pricing and their policies with you. The link embedded in the news article for the product items are exactly what you'll need to send them.
Some of the intermediaries have a full storefront and may have the item listed, so you may want to check that first.
