A few product updates...

About 2 months ago we found out the Digimon Adventure: gummies would get a second release and we've gotten a decent update about them from Bandai.

Most of the product details match the first release. Each gummy pack is MSRPed at 130 yen. Amiami currently has pre-orders for a 12 pack box for 1,340 yen.

They are currently scheduled for release in October 2020 in Japan with plans to have them nationwide at confectionary/candy counters/displays.

The gummies themselves are the same as from the first series. Described as having a 'courageous' orange flavor and the gummy shape imitates the key story item, "the crest of courage.""

Inside the gummy packs will be a lineup of 21 potential stickers. They note 3 of them will be 'super rares'. They describe the drawings as 'dramatic animation drawings' and 'gorgeous illustrations by illustrator Kenji Watanabe'.

The stickers are described as having a metallic style to them, with the rare ones being holo stickers.

We also have images of the full sticker lineup. The first 15 use the familiar Bandai profile artwork...

Garurumon, Birdramon, Kabuterimon, Togemon, Ikkakumon, WereGarurumon, Garudamon, AtlurKabuterimon

Lilymon, Zudomon, HolyAngemon, Piemon, Mugendramon, MetalSeadramon, Pinochimon

The 3 super rares feature (what appears to be) new artwork from Kenji Watanabe of MetalGreymon, WereGarurumon, and BlackWarGreymon.

Then the last 3 are anime themed featuring MetalGreymon, WereGarurumon, and Omegamon.

Continuing with the same gummy and replacing the packaging and stickers was a touch unexpected, but makes sense.

Then, for those who wanted to get the Premium Bandai version of the Shodo figures without dealing with intermediaries...

Premium Bandai USA has put up the set to pre-order.

The set from Premium Bandai USA is $50 with an extra 10 for shipping. Pre-orders will close December 3rd and it will ship in December.

This is the same set as the Premium Bandai Japan release, with the asterisk that it will not include the 3 pieces of gum. (Likely to avoid it having be classified as having foodstuffs for shipping.)

Hmm? Is this first time I have seen MetalGreymon's metal arm finally shown having wires and other things under its armpit in that new artwork? I only remember that metal arm of his always remain inflexible. Look like he finally can move that metal arm freely and it's flexible now?

Okay, those 6 new pieces of artwork are really cool, hope we get to see them in better detail at some point. It's crazy how well treated MetalGreymon has been in 2020 lol.
