It went up for pre-order in Japan a bit ago, and Tamer's Set 5 is available to pre-order in the US now.
The product specs are the same as the Japanese release, so the information here is valid for this one also.

Pre-orders are open at Premium Bandai US for $35. Pre-orders close on June 2nd and it ships in Decemebr.
