It's the last item for the Premium Art Series!

These are high end iPhone cases made from Duralumin that feature artwork by longtime Digimon designer Kenji Watanabe.

Being the last item for the Premium Art Series they went back to the 'day to day use' style of item that the 1st and 2nd product from the line featured.

And they've gone back to Gild Design for this new item...

The item is a collaboration with Gild Design, known as a maker of motorbike parts and their work with the metal being used in the cases, duralumin, which is an alloy of aluminum and copper. They specify the version of Duralumin they use is A2017. They also list it, much like the other Premium Art Series items, as made in Japan.

Two versions will be made, Alphamon in Black and Mugendramon in Silver. Much like the first product in the Premium Art Series (the card cases) it appears the colors were chosen to compliment the Digimon used on each version.

These high end cases wrap your phone in key areas without covering the entire device.

This should allow for an interesting and stylish look (with a bit of two tone color going on based on the exact color of your device.)

The screws that you use to hold the case to the phone were apparently given their colors based on highlight colors on the Digimon, gold for Alphamon, Red for Mugendramon. They mention that aluminum and elastomer are also used. We believe the screws are likely aluminum with elastomer likely being rubber washers that go under the screws (or potentially added to the ribbing to keep the phone back from scratching.)

In addition a mini shikishi will be included!

The sample provided is a touch small...

Much better! It's the Mugendramon art that was used on a few of the other products (such as the fabric board pictured above.)

The size listed for the mini shikishi is roughly 3 x 2.75 inches.

The phone cases look quite nice, a few notes they give, with some additional info from me:
They warn that with all the metal, there is the possibility of wireless interference. The antennae positions on the iPhone 7/8 should hopefully make this minimal.
The actual measurements means they should fit the iPhone 6 and 6S, but the antennae issues that'd create means it might not be useable on those phones (which is likely why they didn't list them.)
Wireless charging on the iPhone 8 will not work with this case on your phone.
If you have one of the iPhone Plus models, you are out of luck, these are just for the smaller versions.

The phone cases are available to pre-order now at Premium Bandai. Pre-orders will close on October 31st and they expect to ship towards the end of October. Each case is 14,580 yen.

You'll want to contact an intermediary to get this item sent to you. WtW is not affiliated with any, but here are a selection of intermediaries that have worked well for various WtWers and their friends in the past:
From Japan
Rider Proxy

The Bandai Premium store has also chosen to name a few 'official' affiliate shops to be used as intermediaries for non-Japanese buyers:
From Japan (this From Japan link shows their 'official' page for Premium Bandai.)
Samurai Buyer

You'll want to provide your chosen intermediary with the link to the item. Just copy paste the links to the product pages for what you want and send them a message about it and they'll take care of it after they discuss pricing and their policies with you. The link embedded in the news article for the product items are exactly what you'll need to send them.

Some of the intermediaries have a full storefront and may have the item listed, so you may want to check that first.
