After finding out about it awhile ago, then getting early details a month ago, it's finally time for pre-orders for the Precious GEM of Paildramon
And for a big figure, we have a big promo image that doesn't slice into pieces easily, so the whole thing is in a quote box just below...
The newest Precious GEM is insanely huge.
It's nearly 9.5 inches tall and 14.5 inches wide, making it one of the largest Digimon figures there is. They show it next to Precious GEM Imperialdramon, which was already known to be rather massive.
One of the focus' this time was detailing the Desperado Blasters, and posing the figure in the midst of using them. THey also spent effort into making the dragon parts and the insert armor parts look different texture wise.
Pre-orders for Precious GEM Digimon Adventure 02 Paildramon are currently open at Premium Bandai. The figure costs 28,600 yen and is scheduled to ship in June 2022.
GEM and Precious GEM figures have generally gotten decent distribution outside of Japan, so waiting might not be a bad idea for those who want it.
Really fantastic looking figure, among the best we've seen. The size is also something kind of crazy to measure out and think about where to put it. That price is definitely a killer though.
If you don't want to wait or chance it...
We've currently pared down the list of intermediaries we list due to some places closing and others becoming iffy in their communication, calling into question their reliability. If you have any stories, positive or negative, about any intermediaries, DM me with them so we can figure out who might be worth adding (or re-adding), since these aren't affiliate links or anything, simply suggested ways to make it easier for fans to nab stuff.
You'll want to contact an intermediary to get these items sent to you. WtW is not affiliated with any, but here are a selection of intermediaries that have worked well for various WtWers and their friends in the past:
You'll want to provide your chosen intermediary with the link to the item. Just copy paste the link to the product pages for what you want and send them a message about it and they'll take care of it after they discuss pricing and their policies with you. The links embedded in the news article for the products are exactly what you'll need to send them.
Some of the intermediaries have a full storefront and may have the item listed, so you may want to check that first.
