As previously announced, there will be a pre-DigiFes 2022 stream on July 19th.
The stream address was put up on Youtube, we've embedded it above.
In addition, they announced the guest for the stream will be Director Tomohisa Taguchi, director of Kizuna & the upcoming 02 film. He will be there to talk about the film, in advance of part of the film being previewed at DigiFes 2022.

The stream will be on Youtube on July 19th 7:30pm, which is 3:30am Pacific. More times using the converter here.
The focus on the stream will be the upcoming Digimon Adventure 02 movie & DigiFes itself.
It's noted the broadcast will be in a more casual/informal style than normal, and more details will be posted soon.
It isn't noted anything regarding host, but based on the content and style described, it wouldn't be surprising if it's Producer Kinoshita.
