The pre-DigiFes 2022 stream is a bit over 12 hours away.
In addition to previous news, it's been announced that Ayumi Miyazaki will be calling in for the stream.

The stream will be on Youtube on July 19th 7:30pm, which is 3:30am Pacific. More times using the converter here.
The focus on the stream will be the upcoming Digimon Adventure 02 movie & DigiFes itself.
It's noted the broadcast will be in a more casual/informal style than normal, and more details will be posted soon.
It isn't noted anything regarding host, but based on the content and style described, it wouldn't be surprising if it's Producer Kinoshita.
