The Digimon Card Game Twitter (2) has updated with card previews from Booster Set EX-05 Animal Colosseum. This time it's Phoebus Blow, Goodnight Moon, & Dianamon.

Phoebus Blow gets some very nice fiery art showing it use it's one hit knockout. Lunar Light has some similiary dynamic art showing off the signature move featuring the 'Goodnight Sisters' on its legs, firing light that causes an opponent to fall asleep. Dianamon gets some really fantastic art giving her a regal/heroic pose, making it appears like she's guarding something, or planning a strike.

Apollomon was more of an obvious potential game winner that can have a deck without any blue or GraceNovamon but Dianamon in a digivolution card removal focused deck, for example Hexeblaumon, can lock down an entire game if the opponent has no removal in their security or draws. But since she is also able to be run in red decks I say it's also a no brainer to give her big DP to punch over Security digimon and also extra Security checks to seize a faster win.
I compared Apollomon's DP deletion effect having no ceiling to how the lore says it can melt any substance and Dianamon's effect definitely (crescent) harkens back to how Dianamon has the power to trap digimon in illusions, put them to sleep, or freeze them. Very thematically on point for both

I love the dynamic art and colors of both Option cards! Yasukumi is really making their name for themselves for me as the Option card guy as I always love the energy they bring to them!

Sasasi absolutely nailed it with this Dianamon art. The pose and linework make it look extremely clean and readable, the ice effects add the perfect amount of interesting detail while also being pretty, and the environment somehow nails a perfect blend of organic, beautiful, and deceptively extremely simple almost like it's a photoshoot backdrop.
Both this art and Apollomon's look like packaging art with their high emphasis on character readability and it gives me the impression that Sasasi really cares even more than usual about being the artist of these digimon.

Phoebus Blow
Light Fang
[Main] Delete 1 of your opponent's Digimon with the lowest DP. Then, if you have a Tamer, return 1 Digimon card with the [Light Fang], [Night Claw] or [Galaxy] trait from your trash to your hand.
-
[Security] Activate this card's [Main] effect.

Goodnight Moon
Night Claw
[Main] 1 of your opponent's Digimon and 1 of your opponent's Tamers can't suspend until the end of your opponent's turn. Then, you may play 1 Tamer card with the [Night Claw] or [Light Fang] trait from your hand without paying its memory cost.
-
[Security] Activate this card's [Main] effect.

Dianamon
Mega | Data | Shaman / Olympos XII / Night Claw
(Digivolve: 4 from Lv.5 w/[Night Claw] or [Light Fang] trait)
<Blocker>
[When Digivolving] [When Attacking] (Once Per Turn) For each of this Digimon's digivolution cards, trash any 1 digivolution card of 1 of your opponent's Digimon. Then, all of your opponent's Digimon with no digivolution cards can't suspend until the end of your opponent's turn.
[All Turns] (Once Per Turn) When a digivolution card of an opponent's Digimon is trashed, unsuspend this Digimon.

The thing that interests me is that this is probably not going to be the only set that supports them. The fact that they're explicitly calling out Light Fang and Night Claw implies later cards of non-Lunamon/Coronamon line members will have the type.

The organization traits are indeed peculiar. Koh and Sayu have both been depicted using teams of other Digimon, who are potentially possible recipients for the traits.

Koh has used Angemon and RizeGreymon in Sunburst/Moonlight, along with a Tailmon assistant. In Super Xros Wars, he has also used Ophanimon, Anubimon, and Hououmon.
Sayu has used Lilamon and MachGaogamon in Sunburst/Moonlight, along with a Phascomon assistant. In Super Xros Wars, she has also used Gaioumon, GranDracumon, and WaruSeadramon.

There are also the commanders of both organizations and their respective partner, Ophanimon (Light Fang) and ChaosDukemon (Night Claw). At the very least, these two Digimon seem like definite candidates for the traits. A big question is whether they'll make cards of their game-exclusive Core forms.

I agree. I was thinking the same thing. One of the coolest things is adjustments to even existing decks to cards like those.
