The Digimon Card Game Twitter (2) has updated with card previews from Booster Set EX-05 Animal Colosseum. This time it's Pajiramon & Caturamon.

Pajiramon features sit posing with some really nice scenery work, while Caturamon gives it a good pose of it watching over something unseen to us.

This whole deva/four holy beast thing is just a no digi egg, lvl 5 zoo with ACE top ends i see. Seeing as the Deva can't evolve from stuff how does your opening play look? Just hardplay some Deva from 7 mem? You'd be horribly outpaced by your opponent next turn. This seems too slow to set up giving how fast some decks go but at least the Baihumon ACE can cheat out Deva cards and they all seem to have that effect to play a Deva in raising making setup a little less tedious.

I don't think this archetype is gonna be meta dominate imho.

Yeah these high level heavy decks try to work in unique ways without the digivolving mechanic being too involved. Makes me think about how they would do Olympus 12 and Seven Demon Lords archetypes. Those two groups have all high level members as well.

oh shoot, accidentally translated the hecking wrong card. Um, spoiler warning for Makuramon I guess?

Oh so that is what Indomitable is being set up for. Wow that's gonna really set them apart from the royal knights playstyle and i can see the O12 being a really board presence heavy deck if that's the case. That's sounds like fun.

Finally Devas cards!!! But it's really weird. Pajiramon is red instead of purple or green. Hell, Caturamon got black instead of yellow.

Eh whatever I think Caturamon's pose is very menacing and cool!

The colors match their respective Holy Beasts so far. Pajiramon is a servant of Zhuqiaomon and Caturamon serves Baihumon.

Pajiramon would have made more sense as Purple, in my opinion, which is still one of Zhuqiaomon's colors.

I imagine the plan is to include two Deva in each color, so two of Zhuqiaomon's will be red and one will be purple. So it was between Pajiramon, Indramon and Sandiramon, with only one getting to be purple.
