Option Cards Trident Gaia & Fullmetal Blaze Previews for Booster Set EX-04

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set EX-04 Alternative Being. This time it's Trident Gaia & Fullmetal Blaze.

Option cards! Trident Gaia features VictoryGreymon splitting apart the Dramon Breaker and attaching them to its arms and using them as energy cannons, while Fullmetal Blaze has Z'dGarurumon firing all of its arsenal at once. Both feature a dynamic and fantastic looking coloring style.

I never noticed how VictoryGreymon breaks up his Dramon Breakers when using Trident Gaia as I believe it's only depicted on the card DM02-071 unless I'm forgetting a depiction of it in something like Digimon Next or Digimon Masters. I always thought he puts one of the edge blades on one arm, the other edge blade on the other arm, and kept a spear I guess but instead he takes all three blades in his right arm and the entire hilt in his left arm. It looks kinda silly

I didn't realize earlier that these are both only Commons for how powerful their removal effects are. The designers are really making sure the meta has enough of its generic staple cards.
Also, I do now see that Trident Gaia was featured clearly in Digimon Next, which is a manga I read once so it's just me forgetting

It's shown in Next as well. The hilt goes in the right hand, the blades in the left hand. Then he amasses energy,puts in the blade and hilt and fires it like a laser beam.

He did it as well on DMO

He did it as well on DMO

he does it different in DMO than he does in this card and Next as the Dramon Breaker is cut clean down the middle in DMO even through the middle blade and hilt.
Unfortunately I can't seem to find footage of VictoryGreymon in New Century

Look like that artist prefers option cards to draw more.... It might be just my imagination.
