quite the investment for a boosting card
but its a pseudo recovery and draw effect on top so not too bad

Reinforce Memory Boost
[Main] reveal the top 2 cards of your deck. Place one among them face down at the top of your Security Stack. Add the remaining card to your hand. Then place this card into the Battle Area
[Main] <Delay>
- Gain 3 memory
[Security] place this card into the Battle Area

is this a Hyper Colloseum reference?

Honestly the value is pretty good. It's like playing a regular memory booster and holy wave together, but instead of costing 9, it costs 6. Then you gain 3 the next turn, so the memory boost portion pays itself off, and you're left with a card that recovers security for a net loss of 3 memory. In security control decks, this can be pretty powerful- especially since you control which card goes to security.

Edit: Not to mention, the +3 memory gain next turn allows you to evolve into a 4cost mega without ending turn. Maybe people can find a way to use Rasielmon with this? Either way it could help Mastemon (she's another 4cost, and this memory booster doesn't specify color, so she can still be retrieved with it).
