NXEdgeStyle Omegamon, Alphamon, Dukemon Special Color Versions Figures Announced, Pre-Orders Tomorrow

The NXEdgeStyle Digimon figures have been out of print for quite awhile.

The 3 figures that were released in the past are getting re-releases with updated coloring.


All 3 of these will be out in December for 4000 yen.They will be general release items. Pre-orders open tomorrow.


We get some nice image previews, along with information on what each figure comes with.

Omegamon

In addition to the main figure it includes:
2 Effects Parts
a Stand

Alphamon

In addition to the main figure it includes:
Alternate wrists for both hands
Gradalpha (his standard sword)
Ouryuken (his large blade)
Effects Part
a Stand

Dukemon

In addition to the main figure it includes:
Gram (his lance)
Aegis (his shield)
Effects Part
a Stand


Nice to see these get new releases, and they should be relatively easy to nab.

Was never completely sold on the designs, but I’ve softened a bit, so maybe. I mostly just wanted a Crusadermon like they had designed for Cyber Sleuth…

What do they mean by special colour? they look like how they always do so I'm probably misunderstanding. Seems like it would've been a good excuse to do ChaosGallantmon and Omnimon Zwart if they were changing colours

Obviously they're rereleasing these so that they can fit them into Survive as DLC again.

Comparing Omegamon with the old version, looks like every metallic color is darker, while the red of the cape is more saturated.

He's always had it. It's even mentioned in his profile: Holy Sword Gradalpha. It's been featured in a number of cards in the original Hyper Colosseum TCG. It's also depicted in Alphamon's card in the newest Card Game, both the regular and the parallel artworks.

And for something people would prob consider more noticeable he has it in Hacker's Memory after they made Ouyurken its own species instead of Alphamon's attack so swapped in his "regular" sword as now Alphamon needed a new attack
