I tried sticking the sub-areas together to see what it would look like. It's not perfect. Might be some misaligned connecting points and some implied traversal unaccounted for. Don't know if the does actually have consistent relative spacing like the original World did, and I'm pretty sure the compass isn't always reliable either. But for the most part it looks alright.

Old Version.

With the MOD Cape to Faulty Ex Machina East Coast connection, I tried rotating sections to make a closer knit circle, but it ended up looking a bit wangy, so I just wrote it off as a boat ride between locations. That, or a really really like pier.

EDIT: Revised Version;

Nice work.

I do so appreciate the map layout of each area not being too hard to traverse...except freakin' Bony Resort!

Thanks.
Honestly I wouldn't mind it being a bit tougher.
The map and rotatable camera took a bit too much challenge out of exploration.
The enviroments still looked nice though.

Looks nice, needs labeling though.
Cheers.
Added some labels and tried jazzing it up a bit.

Does Next Order take place on File Island? Also, I don't suppose there's an official "map" (picture, really) of what the world looks like?

If there is a stylised picture of N0's map, I can't find it.

As far as I recall, it's never explicitly stated to be File Island (or that it is an island), but it is implied to be an alternate version of the world from the original game, with Mameo stating he has yet to meet this world's Jijimon. So it's basically a version of File Island in all but name.

Interesting. Server Desert inevitably reminds one of Adventure. Are the names on the labeled map taken from the localized version of the game? If so, I wonder what "Ohguino Wastelands" originally was.

Huh... Not even the wikis have the original names of the locations. I don't suppose anyone here knows what they were?

Okay, I was able to find the original names, though much like Next Order's title they're rather stylized and thus difficult to translate. Here's my go at it below. I'll give the area's name in bold, followed by some explanatory notes if needed. If someone who knows Japanese better wants to weigh in, that would be great.

チカイノ草原 = Chikaino Grassland
"Chikai" is an adjective meaning "near." So if the "no" in the place name had been written with hiragana rather than katakana, it would literally translate to "Nearby Grassland." The way it's written, Chikaino looks like a proper noun / foreign name.

サーバー砂漠 = Server Desert

ロン・リ炎山 = Ron-Ri Volcano
Another instance where a Japanese word is turned into a foreign place name. "Ronri" means "logic."

MODシップ岬 = MOD Ship Cape

オーグィノ荒野 = Ohguino Wasteland
No idea what "ohguino" is supposed to mean. I thought it might be like Chikaino Grassland, but "ohgui" isn't a Japanese word or a word from any language as far as I can tell. I can see why the localizers didn't bother using a name that made sense.

大断層エクスマキナ = Great Fault Ex Machina
I don't know what the area looks like, so I'm not sure what "fault" means in this context. Is it a canyon of some kind?

ホ・ネオ・リゾート = Ho-Neo Resort
There seem to be a lot of puns that went into the foreign place name "Ho-Neo." "Hone" is the Japanese word for "bone." "Neo," of course, is the Greek word for "new." "Honeori" (Ho-Neo Re-) means "pains," "efforts," "trouble," "labor," etc.

アブソリュート・ゼロ = Absolute Zero

ムゲンコルドロン = Mugen Cauldron / Infinity Cauldron

I've found a Japanese website that lists the names of the smaller areas in each region, too. I'll see about translating those later.

Y'know I figured Nigh had something to do with circuitry. Didn't realise it literally just meant Near. Faulty Ex Machina is made up of a series of mechanical platforms that can be lowered and raised (probably; though in the game you only raise one of them once as a connector bridge). So the Fault part probably does refer to the gaps between them.

No prob. It was fun to put together.
Made a couple changes. Somehow missed the Cave Entrance, and got a couple Infinity Cores the wrong way round.

Wow. I leave you alone for two days and you produce this beautiful masterpiece! Looks awesome! I wish I had this when I was playing the game! You should submit this to GFs.

Re: Ohguino
I suspect that this is a reference to GUI - Graphical User Interface - colloquially pronounced 'Gooey'. The 'Oh' part being Japanese for 'Large', and the 'no' part being a word connector in the same way as 'Chikaino'. OhGUIno / Oh-GUI-no Wasteland might be a better way to transliterate it to make the reference more obvious, but honestly the official localization looks nicer, so I'm okay with Ohguino.

I didn't think about GUI, but I think you're probably right. I don't mind Ohguino (well, maybe Oguino). I think that it, Chikaino, Ron-Ri, and Honeo are probably meant to look like exotic foreign names while having punny Japanese origins.

Now that I've done some more research, I do think that Next Order's world is supposed to be an updated version of File Island. Former Site Lake almost certainly refers to the original Village of Beginnings, which has since been replaced by Floatia, which hovers over its predecessor's ruins. Absolute Zero and Frost Cathedral are clearly Freeze Land and the Ice Sanctuary. Chikaino Grassland is probably the sparsely wooded part of Unwavering Forest due south of Infinity Mountain. Speaking of Infinity Mountain, its analogue is Infinity Cauldron, which has a similar name, the same location, and the same aesthetic as Infinity Mountain's interior from Digimon World. MOD Ship Cape might be identified with Coela Cape or might be another part of the island's coast. I suppose Server Desert and Oguino Wasteland are both inspired by Gear Savanna, which seems to alternate between being actually savanna-like (as it was in the original game) and desert-like (as it was in Adventure, and like its successors Gravel Wasteland and Coolin Desert). We can at least be pretty sure that Oguino is successor to both Gear Savanna and Outlook Mountain, since its Dri-Tunnels are just Drill Tunnel(s). Great Fault Ex Machina is clearly Factorial Town's successor, with its giant gears, sewers, and King Scumon.

Really the only problematic areas are Honeo Resort and Ron-Ri Volcano. In most of its recent incarnations File Island has had a volcano, though its size and location always vary drastically. In Crusader it's a mid-sized peak snuggled between Outlook Mountain and Infinity Mountain (reminding one of the existence of Drill Tunnel's Lava Cave), in Re: Digitize Boncano Volcano is a huge mountain taking up a good chunk of the northwestern part of the island, and in Collectors Conver Volcano outright replaces Infinity Mountain at the island's center. And now in Next Order the volcano's at the island's southernmost point. Very odd. As for Honeo Resort, all I can say is that it sort of seems like a dried-up version of the Submerged Ruins from Re: Digitize, given the modernistic buildings and bowl-like geography.

It's fun to compare the different versions of File Island like this. Reminds me of comparing the different iterations of Dracula's castle in the Castlevania series.

Clearly File Island just has some underground volcanic activity that flares up in different places depending on timeline. I blame overdevelopment on Yggdrasil's part.

Honeo Resort kinda reminded me of Dragon Valley, with all the skeletons laying around. Except that they decided to build a night-life area over it.

Honeo Resort is a little reminiscent of Night Canyon from Re: Digitize, though both Night Canyon and the Ancient Dino Region are on the wrong side of the island. Not that localities are very difficult to rearrange in the Digital World. Given where it is located, you could connect it to Beetland. It has neon signs, and Beetland had at least a neon sign.

@Jay Ukyou Thanks a lot Jay :) I did try to upload it to GF, but I think it's a bit too complex an image to fit into their file parameters.

On the area comparison, Ohgunio Wasteland seems like the Grand Canyon analogue with it's connecting bridge, while Pink House is the riff on Overdell Cemetery and to a lesser extent, Greylord Mansion. EDIT: Actually, Rosemon's palace has kind of a Greylord Mansion vibe, especially with the ominous music, though the interior is nowhere near as complex.

Also, do you think it's possible Infinity Cauldron works similarly to the underground circuit-boards in Digimon World 3, connecting one Digital World Server to another. That could mean that Re:Digitize takes place in the same human world as DW and Ne0, just using different Servers for their respective Digital Worlds.
