A few different things as the weekend starts to begin...
Some social media art from Bandai! It's a great little image of WarGreymon charging up Gaia Force and came with this text:
And we also get some new art from Volcano Ota!
It's more of Volcano Ota's series on drawing Digimon battle coronavirus. The message this time is: (translation is a bit rough at the moment)
Ota also tweeted that he would be in episode 2 of Digimon Adventure:.
He heard the title of episode 2 when episode 1 was recorded and went "Oh! Come on!"
He was "shocked and reacted with 'something' (^_^)."
Maybe he will say what the 'something' is after the broadcast and he finishes with a laugh.
Next up, some more music from Michihiko Ohta...
He also gave a title to his Youtube 'series', "My Being Alone Feeling Like a Live [Concert]"
This time it's a self-cover of An Endless Tale from Digimon Frontier (the second end theme.)
Previously he did Brave Heart.
Last up, a card game update!
We got details for the 1st booster set, New Evolution (BT-01) awhile ago, but we have finalized packaging and some card previews from the Card Game Website.
The finalized booster packs feature not only art of Omegamon, but also WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon, HerculesKabuterimon, and HolyAngemon.
On top of the booster set packaging we also get to see samples of cards for Greymon, Garurumon, Angemon, and Kabuterimon.
Booster set 1 is scheduled for release on May 15th, 2020.
Each booster pack contains 6 cards and will cost 180 yen.
Booster set 1 will include red, blue, and yellow cards, along with introducing green cards that will feature many plan and insect Digimon.
There will be 115 cards total in booster set 1. Broken down that will be:
45 Common
30 Uncommon
28 Rare
10 Super Rare
2 Secret Rare
