Nefertimon & Pegasmon Preview for Booster Set 9

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 9 X record. This time it's Nefertimon & Pegasmon.

Nefertimon & Pegasmon both get some really nicely detailed artwork. Both have some nice lighting & particle effects throughout.

Oh look! These two are finally here. Curious decision to make Nefertimon monocolor. We could say it wasn't a standard armor form anyway because of her possibility to evolve from an Adult, though.

I find it interesting how Nefertimon's evolution text is specifically worded as "includes 'Tailmon' in the name" as opposed to just "Tailmon". Could it be that they're going to re-introduce Tailmon (Child), with this allowing Nefertimon to evolve from either version? Or is this just serving as an excuse to let Nefertimon evolve from BlackTailmon (and now I guess BlackTailmon Uver)?

I wonder, is that it for Armours for X-Record or could we see some more in each Colour, maybe even some of the non-anime ones?

Prob just allowing more meow faces I don't think a lv3 gatomon would be named gatomon child anyway

None of the sets have a single theme. While there's a main one, there's plenty of sub-themes, usually as a call foward of a future main theme or expanding/filling out a previous one.

Ah Nefertimon didn't get dual color? Let's hope Nefertimon X and Pegasmon X gets new cards!
