So I got a user pendulum 20 the other day and it was working great right up until I got my second egg . The egg seemed to take longer to hatch than the first one but I didn’t think nothing of it till the digimon that hatched didn’t evolve from baby 1 to 2 after 10 mins . Or even an hour . For some reason the second digimon will not evolve past baby 1 . I’ve reset it multiple times and it just keeps happening . If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Never heard of that before, did you try changing the battery?
Is the battery new?
Also what about egg 1, has it kept evolving?
Did you try all the egg types that you have so far in the egg 2 slot?
Did you try to let it naturally die (don’t feed it, get sick etc) and try to select a new egg in its place?

Lot of questions but I’m curious to know if we can fix this.

Yes I tried a new battery
Yes egg 1 never had a problem growing or evolving
Yes I tried up to 3 different eggs before giving up
Yes I tried to let it die but it also would never die

When you said you reset it, did you reload or restart? If you haven't had it long, might be worth restarting.

You said it never died, what was the highest age it got to?
Unfortunately I’m not aware of anyone else that has ever had this glitch - when did you purchase the device?
You did mention it was used, if the seller didn’t clarify, I would contact eBay or the site you bought it from and ask for a full refund asap.
At least in case we don’t figure it out.

Edit: I was just thinking about this, it’s a little work you might not want to risk, I don’t know, but you can try converting the version, and seeing if that solves the problem.

It might not, but I’m trying to figure out what might be causing it to fail, and if at least we can’t figure it out, that there’s a way to cause something else to correct the problem
To at least salvage the pendulum somehow.
