A few more things from DigiFes that we had previously been waiting for imagery and confirmation of.

First up, Dim Card Set EX2- Digimon Tamers. This will feature the 3 lead Digimon from the anime and cost 3,300 yen. Pre-orders should be opening shortly, and we'll detail them more when that happens.

And also, another theme booster for the card game! The 2nd theme booster will be based on the 20th Anniversary of Digimon Tamers and will be released this December!


Bandai also put up a video going over various products shown off at DigiFes, including these new items.

It's an EX set? I wonder if it's going to be normal or like the first EX set. All three of the tamers Digimon have enough recolours to fill at least 2 adult slots with Youkomon, Kyubimon (silver), the Black and orange Growlmons, and Black Galgomon.

Like how Wizardmon's DIM is a promotional one that comes with the Holster. Other Digimon products should do the same IMO.

If yes, the would be filled with many random digimon from Tamers. Good one.

i'm happy to see another EX set and i'm not surprised its Tamers themed but at the same time with the existance of the Renamon and Guilmon gashapon ones this almost feels redundant I guess we could look at them like the full versions of Black Roar and Shadow Howl- safe bet that Guilmon will feature dukemon, Crimson mode, and Megidramon- as for the 4th digi I have no clue... if we compare it to ex1 then some major tamers character but I cant really think of any mega digimon that stand out in tamers to fill that slot but then again its been a while. Guess they could use Qinglongmon cause dragon or be lazy and just use chaos Duke.

For Renamon its just as hard we can once again look at her gashapon one for a basis and expand upon that giving us sakuya, sakuya MM was it, and kuzuha. logically the 4th option that jumps out would be kuzuha MM but that's kinda boring and again like with the guilmon I cant think of any mega levels in tamers that werent the main cast that stand out.

Not really. I stated facts. The first EX didn't use recolors; that statement is still true. Terriermon also doesn't use any of its Black-line recolors either.
