Monochromon Preview for Starter Deck 11

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with a card previewsfrom Starter Deck 11 Special Entry Set. This time it's Monochromon.

Monochromon gets some nice looking art from longtime Digimon artist Nakano Haito. Monochromon feels like he's a bit sleeker here, with a bit more of a metallic quality. He's in the midst of facing off against an opponent. Some neat and unique art for the character.

This card is a parallel card to an existing card.

Monochromon is so generic and iconic at the same time

Kinda weird its horn looks like a knife/sword it doesnt usually look like that maybe he's using "Tomahawk Slash" as that attack specifies its horn turns into a machete for that attack

What is it facing off against? I'm struggling to think of anything with that jaw shape and a horn on the end of its nose, though I'm sure I'm missing an obvious one. Greymon has a larger snout, other Monochromon would have a more elongated head and probably not teeth that sharp...

Funny, how the marketing pull for Starter Deck 11 was that it's centered around Gammamon, yet it seems like it won't have any actual Gammamon's evolutions in it. If older starter decks are anything to go by, we already know the Lv. 4's are Greymon, Monochromon & Fugamon.

I think it is Greymon

I think its that scene from the og adventure anime where the digidestineds were fighting the monochro on the cliff
