Missing Digimon Survive DLC Codes- Bandai Providing them via Support

Various stores in North America have been having issues getting the Digimon Survive Guilmon codes out to buyers for physical purchases.

Bandai is dealing with the issue directly for people still having problems.

Go to https://support.bandainamcoent.com/hc/en-us and provide proof of purchase and they'll get you a code.



The game is available digitally on various current platforms:

Sent my request in yesterday, got that same follow up today, hoping the next update actually has a code! Haven’t gotten very far in the game, would like to at least get Guilmon before continuing.

If only Bandai Europe was this nice. At least the game was £34 on the psn store, £8 cheaper than the disc version so I just bought that instead and didn't pick up my pre order. Still, they should be giving codes for Europe too...

I’m not the only one have this problem all Xbox people have this he not show up it you enter the code in

Luckily, I got mine on receipt from Gamestop on my Switch. So that's good.Hope everyone gets theirs.

Got mine from BNEA, but also ended up getting one from Best Buy; I think I'm going to hang on to the spare until after the release window so that a newer player can still get the bonuses, unless there's a time limit...
