A Digimon Partners product update!

As a follow-up to the first project "Let's Make Digimon Goods Together Project" which ended recently, they've announced a new project!

This mini project involves voting for plushies once again, but a different...


One of the most popular Digimon goods have been the Digidigi Otedama (beanbags). Many characters have been made into them. [They've generally been sold at the various Limited Base stores.]

This time they will let you vote for Digimon to become a beanbag. They note some Digimon aren't usually ones that get products, so they hope you'll be able to give them the spotlight.

The theme is 'Villains' this time, with 10 well known enemy Digimon as candidates.


The choices are:

Devimon
Etemon
Vamdemon
Piemon
Mummymon
Archnemon
Demon
Keramon
Pumpmon
Gotsumon


You can choose which three you would like to see made.
The top three choices will be made.


Only one vote per person. They note they will invalidate fraudulent votes.

The otedama have been very popular, and 3 of these 10 will get made. And with the part 1 label, there is a suggestion there will be future otedama theme votes....

If Pumpkinmon and Gotsumon can be options, I'm not sure why Wizardmon and DemiDevimon can't be. The latter's more a villain than they were.

Etemon is the simplest among all to be made into otedama.

Keramon seems like the most plushieable form. I can see pumpkinmon winning tho

Gotsumon is an enemy in Digimon World, while Vamdemon is an ally. Pumpmon was an "enemy" in Ghost Game. Since they don't tag the line as Digimon (certain title), they're valid haha

But do you know who would be perfect for this? Otamamon and Pillomon

edit: I see I can vote for 3. I know 2 will be Pumpmon and Gottsumon but I'm not sure who to make my third vote

I doubt she's gonna win, but I wonder which form of Arukenimon they're gonna use. I would've expected her "true" form but since they're showing her human form, unlike Mummymon, now I'm curious which one is it

In a similar vein, they're using an image of the cloaked Demon. Does this mean they'd make a plushie of the cloaked version? Or are they only using that image because Demon's default form never got an anime profile?

I the question was "what's your favorite enemy character among these ones", my answer would have been different. For a beanbag, I feel like Pumpmon would be the most suitable one.

in that case, I would expect cloaked Demon because of the reason you stated but Arukenimon and Mummymon seem a lot more uncertain. However, variants of these plushes in their other forms would be a good idea if they decide to do that

I actually think Piemon would be adorable as an Otedama, so I'm voting him.
