Meicoomon & Tamer Card Meiko Preview for Booster Set 9

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 9 X record. This time it's Meicoomon & tamer card Meiko.

No surprise that these two would pop up after the last few previews... Meicoomon gets some cute art of her with what looks like snow coming down, with some nice shadowing and particles in this one. Meiko features new artwork for her, drawn in the style of Digimon Adventure tri.

I remember saying some other card was the worst art, though I don't remember which card but now I changed my mind that Meicoomon card is the worst art in this game. I'm gonna see it in my nightmares.

At least the Meiko card is cute

nah, Kisuke's art of BT1-016 Tyrannomon is something that comes to mind as art I like less. Catch Mamemon's art too, but that might not be entirely fair because the card cropping doesn't let me see it all

To me sasasi, Tonamikanji, nakano haito and Morishita Naochika are the ones that are consistently good. The other illustrators have some peaks and valleys.

This is the second time I'm staring at the card, and I still think that what I'm seeing is a Meicoomon in a cradle.

If nothing else, I do like that we won't be getting all "Double Tamer" cards in this Set which I personally don't care for aesthetic-wise.

Meiko being generic Yellow/Purple support rather than just for Meicoomon is always nice.
