Already here today?

I was going to say "Bastemon!", but nope. It's actually a blue version of BT2 Vamdemon. I'm not shure about it, I think I'd rather play Bastemon or Monzaemon. But the art is full of personality with that evil sneer on Marin's face, its pose, and the the ink polluting the water around.

Yeah, there's only so much one can really talk about when it comes to vanillas, but I do think I prefer this over something like Bastemon simply because it's marginally cheaper to hardcast in a pinch then Bastemon is, and for me personally, I generally play the "budget" Lv5's due to them being cheap to evolve stepping stones to get to my Lv6 faster rather then their combat prowess. Monzaemon is still the king in this area, but MarineDevi might be neat if I want to play more of that type of card for a Turbo Deck in Blue.

Totally loved it. Menacing. Basically it's like he succeeded in polluting while licking to smack in the victory.

It's nice to see vanilla statlines aren't being totally repeated, that we're not at that point yet. They're still colorshifting the older ones.

Ho, MarineDevimon eh? I wonder if that means we'll get Leviamon as our obligatory 7GDL in this Set.

Other than that, not much to say about Vanillas unfortunately.

Nice, the first MarineDevimon card. I guess it was scheduled in this set to coincide with its appearance in the show.

I think it's more the show used it because it was in the card set.
