The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 13 VS Royal Knights. This time it's Liolmon, Liamon, & LoaderLeomon.

Liolmon, Liamon, & LoaderLeomon all get some koki powered art, but LoaderLeomon has a face that says "Oh, they changed how they translated my name you say?"

So BanchoLeomon gets the line he debuted with. Doubt it goes as far as BL Burst tho. What's funny about these guys is that before right now you couldn't have Loader evolve from Liamon because he had Blue and Black cards but the others were yellow. Guess that fixes now

Seems they use the same playstyle as Kudamon, which was already meh

If they do that, I'd hope they'd pair it with the Darkdramon arm, since we've already got two with the BanchoLeomon arm.

All bodies got squishy bones yet he can draw this LoaderLiomon well?! Just what the Hades in this logic....

All Liomon cards got... Risky effects to chew your own Security stacks off... I bet somebody wants to be Leomon so much enough to make a risky Leomon Curse deck to challenge on.

It almost certainly won't happen (the other burst modes are gonna take up a lot of Level 7 space) but can you imagine.

With all Royal Knights I doubt we'll get the lost Burst Modes. But if any medium can revive them it's DCG.

Well usually we carry 1 booster theme on as a sub theme in the next right?
So BT 14 can have Sleip BM- making it legit outside asia, Sleip arm (with darkdra cause i agree sleip darkdra combo woudl be nice, heck we'd basiclaly get double gun omegamon that way) and BL burst.

Of course i dont think there was really anything from BT 12 to carry over for BT13, not that this set would of had room anyways.

Arguably a Susanoomon, since it had the whole Fire Spirit line for their appearance in Young Hunters but didn't include that.

Wonder if this is for duftmon since Leomon evos have traditionally been Blue or Green (and we dont have many green reveals yet). Whatever the level 6 for these guys is, I hope it provides a good payoff to all the security your burning through to get to it, since sleipmon's recovery was a bit underwhelming for how much security trashing it does.

If the two Burst Modes would not get their cards here, who would be in SEC? Yggdrasil Core? Agumon Burst Mode?

Seeing how the latter is basically the finale weapon in the final battle, I see Agumon BM is coming.

I mean, this is BanchoLeomon's traditional line and one of these is already a Leomon. Not sure why BanchoLeomon not having been yellow before makes it less likely.

Yes, they're finally doing the canonic BanchoLeomon line that works in game.

BT-01 completely botched it colour-wise even though it featured all the cards just not the mega and BT-04 was like: "uhm, BanchoLeomon evolves from GrapLeomon, right?"

It is kind of funny that Leomon has a completely quadrupedal line and a complete biped line that were both created mixed up with each other.

It's much stranger though when you consider the steps that got taken to get there, how Panjyamon and Saberleomon were originally created and used, and all the other stuff that came about before and since then (Because strictly speaking, Regulumon, Kaiserleomon, and Dinotigermon all predate Banchou, and Regulumon did the bipedal Ultimate thing first, and was an evolution for Panjyamon - and then of course since then we've gotten Madleomon, Machleomon, and Heavyleomon and Banchou BM and all manner of Xrosses and a bunch of other stuff but that's another story).
