Lilymon X & Rosemon X Previews for Booster Set 15

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 15 Exceed Apocalypse. This time it's Lilymon X & Rosemon X.

Lilymon X gets some nice art where she isn't doing any specific move, framing her really well in light, flowerrs, petals, and a rainbow. Really dynamic use of color.

Rosemon X gets the same style as the rest of the Palmon X family, more showing off the character with some nice framing than doing a specific move, although you could probably argue she's using Thorn Whip. And with Rosemon X's design it comes across as a bit more like a glamour or pin-up shot.

Lillymon X reference book art is trash, so an actual cute art for her for once is based now it's a good design instead of F tier

Rosemon X just checking all the boxes i see. She's freezing something as usual and now it's harder to play around since building up in raising and moving out or playing a digimon will just get them suspended. Bandai might have remedied her weakness with this one.

Good artwork can make all the difference in showcasing a Digimon's design! The card game has given us such consistently wonderful art, I really wish they'd update some of the older X Digimon profile arts such as Salamon-X etc.

Cute and beautiful arts! Those background arts are so pretty I feel like I smelled the flower scent from those cards

X antibody effects makes it fun to connect over normal cards to combo!

never paid too much attention to the Palmon X-Antibody line, but looking at it now, they're kinda bad.

At best there is Togemon X, who just repeats the gimmick of Ponchomon, the rest is like looking at fan-made sprites of custom Digimon, where you can still see the sprite which was drawn over. Palmon X is okay-ish, but Lillymon X is just "add more details to Lillymon's outfit" and Rosemon is just "let's cut open her body suit and make her panties visible".

All the more sad given that they were the only piece of art many of them had, across all media. Even in Hyper Colosseum, they'd typically only get one card (with Hyper Colosseum almost always using the profile art for any Digimon by default). Though in Lilimon X's case, it at least got shown a bit more love in the mobile games.
