Kinkakumon & Ginkakumon Preview for Booster Set 6

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 6 Double Diamond. This time it's Kinkakumon and Ginkakumon.

The Gold and Silver Oni Brothers make their appearance! Featuring big sister Kinkakumon and little brother Ginkakumon. They're drawn in really nice 'almost' mirrored poses, showing off various colors of lightning in the background.



Booster Set 6 Double Diamond is scheduled for release on May 28th.

Kinkakumon being a girl and Ginkakumon being a giant mecha always throws me for a loop, I think it's because these two basically never show up anywhere.

I really knew it. "Double Diamond" have to do something with duo relationships! Who's next?!

Seeing Kinkakumon made me realized, isn't she really so similar to Bond forms? Too much humanish in Oni body.

Anyways, it's cool that their effects support each other but I could see that being too troublesome to set up to be worth it.

I always wondered why they were named the Oni Brothers and not Oni Siblings considering one's a female. Huh.

For some reason Japan is pretty loose when using the loan word "ブラザーズ ". Off the top of my head is the comedic anime "Nerima Daikon Brothers" (basically the JPN Animaniacs) in which the titular group involves a sibling trio which includes one female and two males.

Well they didn't look that overdesigned? It's still weird they are Adult levels. All Journey to the West members are Perfect level (& One Ultimate) and... Their enemies are Adult levels. I really hope they give evos to this Oni sibling pair in Orochimon to Nidhoggmon style if possible.

Well we did get Flaremon in the Volcanic DIM for the Vital Bracelet, so maybe things are finally turning around for him.

Their enemies are Adult levels.

Because Wukong absolutely clowned on most of them, and the few that could fight underwater tended to be pretty often beat by Sha Wujing whenever he could get them to not just run away.
