Group Roleplay?

Okay. Okay. I caved, made an account. I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in a group roleplay with both canon characters and ocs? I want to try and best cater the plot to people for something they'd enjoy. It doesn't have to be long term if it's not wanted to be. Just want to have fun, you know? That or.. if anyone wants to pitch a roleplay for me to join that would be great too! I specialize in canon characters and have been struggling to find a spot that's willing to let me play one. Thank you, again!

To reiterate what i'd stated before: the main purpose of this hypothetical roleplay is to be catered towards the participants; meaning that if you're more interested in it being story driven and long term, that's what it may end up being built like- or if you'd prefer a build that's more catered to the monster raising aspect of digimon, it would be more focused on that. I'm good with anything, really!

I think it's great that the game can happen right here in this area.

Also, it's cool and all to be flexible for what participates want to do but it'll also be helpful if you have some start of an idea.

I do indeed see what you mean- I do have some pre-written ideas however I'm moreso looking to see what everyone wants first, if you know what I mean?

I'd like to see your ideas. TBH, I can't think of anything right now but as long as it sounds fun, I'm in.

What about something that draws inspiration from the classic scenario of winding up in the digital world and having to explore and survive. Kind of like adventure, Digimon world, or tamers.

This thread hasn't been replied to in awhile, so I think anyone who still wants to make an Adventure RP should do so, the major thing is just to bring structure and backbone to the discussion or else nobody knows what to do : p

I agree with Holo, go with a cornerstone concept if nothing else. Transportation/Survival sounds great.
If you do crests, I'd challenge players to make up a crest that defines what your character must surmount or embody. Or use some easy way to write conflict and growth.
Make up a middle/high schooler (?) and what their partner will be. And I think we would be able to spin up the starting situation quickly
