Gizmon: AT & Gizmon: XT Preview for Booster Set 13

The Digimon Card Game Twitter has updated with card previews from Booster Set 13 VS Royal Knights. This time it's Gizmon: AT & Gizmon: XT.

Gizmon: AT & Gizmon: XT both have artwork that appears to be scenes from Savers, but at first look appears to be new art meant to emulate the look of the show, rather than actually being from it.

Disappointed Gizmon artworks ended up as anime pictures. Geez

If I'm not mistaken, they always update the drb in tuesdays nights if is not for an anime debut, so we just need to wait for that to see if they get one

I watched the show and I know the scenes these reference, but I don't actually remember these exact frames. I think is a D-Reaper situation where they are mimicking the anime style intentionally. I think is less laziness and more that they consider this a form of...homage for fans? I am not sure.

I really hope they get added to the DRB.

I watched the show and I know the scenes these reference, but I don't actually remember these exact frames. I think is a D-Reaper situation where they are mimicking the anime style intentionally. I think is less laziness and more that they consider this a form of...homage for fans? I am not sure.

Yep, I checked the SaberLeomon episode earlier and there was never any shot framed like the one on the Gizmon: AT card. I presume all the other anime-style cards are the same.

Every anime-esque styled card isn't a screenshot. We can check it from EX2 Tamers, the animes' protagonists, and others.
They are made to look like the scene from the anime but not a screenshot. Just like other cards, they are made from scratch.

The only cards that not made from scratch are the regular cards from EX1.

Encyclopedia updates are typically on Thursday eastern US time actually, and usually the last Thursday of the month specifically, barring circumstances such as Profile reports that include Digimon that weren't previously in the Encyclopedia and must thus be added the night of the Profile report along with the aforementioned anime debut updates.

This is because time differences place Japan one day ahead of my timezone thus 10:00 pm Thursday for me is 12:00 pm Friday in Japan.

well ackchyually the P-022 card DNA Digivolution - Hearts United uses a screenshot from Digimon Adventure 02 - Episode 26 "Jogress Evolution, Two Hearts become One" which is the same name as the card in Japanese
