Ghost Game Update- Ryudamon Arrives Next Week Played by Masami Kikuchi, Art Preview

With a Dim Card out, Ryudamon showing up in Ghost Game isn't a huge surprise, and he makes his first appearance next week.

He finally arrives next week, and we have some details... (2)

Ryudamon will be played by Masami Kikuchi. On top of being one of the best known voice actors there is, with a never-ending list of credits, he's well known to Digimon fans for playing 'many' popular characters including but not limited to...
Jou in Adventure and 02
Demon in 02
Dolphin and Grani in Tamers
Neemon and the narrator in Frontier (returning as Neemon in Adventure
Kurata and Belphemon Rage Mode in Savers
Damemon/Tsuwarmon in Xros Wars
and a wide stack of other characters, both human and Digimon.

I have been involved with Digimon rather extensively, so I'm honored to be invited back. Ryudamon's first appearance is a bit unusual... it was quite difficult. I don't know how active he will be in the future, but I will try not to disappoint the expectations of the fans. I hope to have a good time, so look forward to it.

Not a wild surprise for Ryudamon to show up, but having him played by Kikuchi is a fun bonus.

Interesting. It does look like they're starting to go for more plot, though not dropping the episodic kitaro-esque structure yet. I'm guessing from now we're gonna get some mostly episodic ones with a bit of plot sprinkled into each one for a while before the narrative transitions to become more plot driven
