Digimon Ghost Game episode 32, Who Are You?, is a bit over half a day from starting in Japan, and elsewhere a few hours after that, so we get a small stack of preview screenshots from the Digimon_TV Twitter.

The Digimon TV account teases with the new 'Betsumon' version of the promo art a bit by commenting that "Haven't we seen this visual already?"

I can't wait any longer for this episode, they've been hugely promoting the hell out of it since last Sunday, and they never did this before with any of the previous episodes so I'm genuinely intrigued by what's gonna happen this time!

I REALLY hope that there's some sort of glamor effect in place for Betsumon's disguises, because if that promotional image is accurate to how his disguise is portrayed in the episode, then Kiyo, Ruli, and ESPECIALLY Hiro are gonna look like pretty big idiots for believing this was Gammamon.

Other than that, though, I am rather curious about why they seem to be promoting this one quite a bit; as far as I know, they didn't promote episodes like 13 or 25 like this (if I'm wrong, please correct me), so I wonder what makes this episode so special (aside from the basic premise) that they'd do this?

I mean Identity theft is no laughing matter. Baby Gammamon alone under the rain doesn't make me laugh personally.

Well at least they're going full hard into this. Should be a great episode. Really like this fun stuff when they do that.

I like how Clockmon's look has been subtly changed... I think. He kinda looks closer to his normal design in that picture, like they're trying to reflect his more kind-hearted demeanor

I'm expecting a weird kind of episode. Like those wacky episodes of tv where everyone is kinda out of character and is clearly a joke episode. Which does make me feel it should have been an April Fools, also.

I think people expecting something huge and important from this episode might end up disappointed. I feel it's going to be a joke episode.

I noticed that too. Smaller and softer frame.

Edit: about why they could be promoting this episode so heavily, maybe they got a popular comedian to do voice work on this one? Toei often brings some popular comedians or comedy duos to Precure, for example. Often some of my least favorite episodes. But my understanding is that those comedians are well-liked among the Japanese audience.

If Betsumon is voiced by a popular figure I could see why the heavy promotion.

Traduction is pretty funny. Bethel's entry says one of its attack is called Solbro (instead of SolBlow and that's because r ans l always get mixed in Japanese) and I think that's hilarious.
