When the short music video and digital single came out for Monster Disco by Shikao Suga & Hyadain a few days ago, the single was only available in Japan. It's now expanded worldwide.
The song is available on a number of streaming & purchasing services in Japan. They've made an index page to show most of them.

Digital music store MySound also has it to purchase DRM free. MySound has no English interface, but it has been a reliable place to buy music from digitally. It's 261 yen.
