Because I've Been Lovesick by BMK has been released.
The digital single for the ending to Digimon Ghost Game contains the full version of Because I've Been Lovesick, with no additional tracks.
In addition, there is a full music video, which is embedded above.
The embed for premiered videos is temporarily broken, the link is here. Leaving the embed so once it's working again it'll be there.
Now that there is an official English title, we've swapped over to using that.
The digital single uses the main Ghost Game keyart.
The song is available on a number of streaming & purchasing services in Japan. They've made an index page to show most of them.

Digital music store MySound also has it to purchase DRM free. A user has informed us in the past that despite having no English interface, First Riders was available to purchase for those outside of Japan, so there is a good chance that'll be true of this one there. It's 261 yen.
