A new Digimon Ghost Game ED theme has been announced! (2) (3)

The second ending theme, Because I'm Still in Love to This Day, by BMK, will begin being used on episode 13, this weekend.

Some basic info about the group and the song:
5-member male group BMK’s new song "Because I'm Still in Love to This Day" has been chosen as the new ending. This is the first time BMK will have a TV-broadcast anime ending song. It will be produced by Chinozo, a VocalP who’s been in the spotlight since they recorded the much-talked about song “Goodbye Sengen”, which ranked #1 on TikTok’s 2021 Music Rankings during the first half of that year. Hope you’re looking forward to the new ending song!
Based on the concept of “A group that, like a kite which rises above the headwinds, never giving up in the face of adversity”. A 5-member entertainment group that continuously delivers energy and courage !! Their major debut was in January 2021 with the single “Monster Flight” debuted in 2nd Oricon Weekly CD Single Ranking charts. To commemorate the release they made a splash with “BMK’s 24-Hour Knockout Livestream”, a 24-hour web promotion project which trended the whole day at 1st and 2nd place in the Aichi Prefecture trending topics.

The group’s first namesake program “BMK’s Super Crazy~ Travels!” (BMK no dera yabaii~ tabi!) began airing in June. October 13th, 2021 saw the release of their 2nd single “Beat Monster”. The single debuted at #4 on the Oricon Weekly CD Single Ranking charts, and in 7th on the LINE MUSIC Real Time Rankings.

Their 3rd single “Because I'm Still in Love to This Day”, produced by Chinozo of “Goodbye Sengen” fame, is planned for release on March 23rd, 2022.

Also a few comments from those who worked on it...

(BMK Leader - Kometani Kyousuke)
Our 3rd single “Because I'm Still in Love to This Day” is going to be released March 23rd!
The song was written by Chinozo who’s known for their song “Goodbye Sengen”. It has a very lovely melody and shows a new kind of BMK!

And believe it or not! We’ve been chosen for the new “Digimon Ghost Game” ending theme song! We’re absolutely delighted that our song will be played in the Digimon series, which has been loved for so many years. The choreography opens with a ghost dance and there’s a lot of fun parts to dance along to, so come dance together with us!

(Chinozo)
It’s a song about a single-minded kind of love. The message is of believing that there are different kinds of love: we have people we love and things we love. So without changing who you are, let’s speak up and move forward.

The digital single will be available for streaming on January 12th.

Physical CDs will be available beginning March 23rd in various versions, which are up to pre-order now. (affiliate links)

I really hope they collaboration with Twice (korean girlgroup) or jpn band like One Ok Rock or EGOIST (espesially song like in Guilty Crown).
Twice have big popularity for male fan even for japanese. One Ok Rock really good song and popular internationally. EGOIST really popular for anime fan.

So I went on YouTube to check out Twice, the female Korean girl group. The song was “What Is Love?” The song was in Korean. I like the music but I was not fond of the vocals. It felt like it was high pitch, but some people are into that type of style. Then there was “The Feels” an English version music by them. I liked the music even more this time. The instruments to the music were good. The vocals sounded like American pop/glamour targeting a female audience. Then I checked out “The Everlasting Guilty Crown” by Egoist. The vocals were the best. I dig this a bunch. I just didn’t like the music in the background. It reminded me of Dance Dance Revolution on Hard Mode and someone trying to beat a high score. It didn’t go together. If only there was a way to put Egoist vocals with Twice’s background music I think it would be somewhat perfect. Lastly I sampled One OK Rock, “Clock Strikes” This was something that I was looking for. Sounds Heroic almost. Modern Rock It was awesome! Didn’t find anything bad about it. That was just one song I sampled the next video. “Stand out, Fit in”. Totally different and hit my mind completely different. Not as a heroic feel as “Clock Strikes”, but catchy. It was hard to understand what the band is saying sometimes because they are singing in english at some point of the song then change to their home native language. But they’re awesome. Hope I made sense in my post.

This is interesting. That title is something. But maybe this'll be good. Might not have picked this kind of band but that's me.

If talk about music, One Ok Rock really my taste. For Twice i mean it more like to attract another male anime fan to watch digimon (I think it's better option than using previous korean boy band), I mean female fan maybe just want to watch the boy group not the anime, but male is different.

I really agree with all your opinion, “Clock Strikes” really one type music that i like, and “Stand out, Fit in” i like the lyrics and music video.
I'm glad you like One Ok Rock song :)
