Pedal by Aiiro Apollo has been released.
The digital single for the ending to Digimon Ghost Game contains the full version of Pedal with no additional tracks.
This fits into the vein of, the TV size version lets you hear most of what the song has, the main version is just 'more' of it.
The song is available on a number of streaming & purchasing services in Japan. They've made an index page to show most of them.
Various services already have it available outside of Japan. Some of the more relevant ones for those outside of Japan:

Digital music store Ototoy, which has had a good number of Digimon songs available to purchase digitally, also has Pedal, and it is available in various countries outside of Japan. It costs 263 yen. (About $2.30 right now.)
