Episode 39 of Fun Digica went up earlier.
Cody and Hideyoshi continue to play with decks suggested by Twitter. They had planned to end on 5, but people have been enjoying them, so they've been continuing with the suggested decks.
This episode does appear to be the 'actual' end of viewer suggested decks for now.
They've also confirmed there will be a third period of taking deck selections for future Viewer Suggestion Battles soon.

Booster Set 3 Union Impact comes out in October. We got our first extended look at it in the most recent issue of V-Jump, plus recently got a clean look at the booster pack packaging.
We've also gotten info for Green, Purple, and Black starter decks coming in November.
